【摘要】：正2013年習(xí)近平總書(shū)記提出"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"和"21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路"的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,是我國(guó)為順應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)和國(guó)際地緣戰(zhàn)略新態(tài)勢(shì),全面擴(kuò)大我國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放空間,互利共贏,惠及沿線國(guó)家,構(gòu)建國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)新秩序所做的重大戰(zhàn)略部署。要強(qiáng)化我國(guó)對(duì)"絲綢之路"沿線國(guó)家的科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的把握,構(gòu)建支撐"絲綢之路"建設(shè)的信息資源體系,需要對(duì)應(yīng)地建立新型的"數(shù)字絲綢之路"。
[Abstract]:In 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategic conception of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road", which is to conform to the trend of economic globalization and new international geo-strategic situation, and to comprehensively expand the space for China's opening up to the outside world. A major strategic arrangement for building a new international political and economic order, benefiting the countries along the route. In order to strengthen our country's understanding of the development of science, technology, economy and society in the countries along the Silk Road, and to construct the information resource system to support the construction of the Silk Road, we need to establish a new type of "Digital Silk Road".
