中國(guó)特色詞匯在外宣工作中的翻譯原則與策略

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界正在發(fā)生著深刻而復(fù)雜的變化,處于大發(fā)展大變革大調(diào)整時(shí)期,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化以及人們生活方式都在發(fā)生著深刻的變化,世界各國(guó)之間的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的相互交融程度不斷加深,世界范圍內(nèi)各種思想文化的交流和不同文明之間的對(duì)話日趨頻繁與活躍,中國(guó)的發(fā)展同世界的發(fā)展日益緊密地聯(lián)系在一起,中國(guó)的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)世界,世界的發(fā)展也離不開(kāi)中國(guó)。在當(dāng)代國(guó)際關(guān)系中,綜合國(guó)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的一個(gè)顯著特點(diǎn)就是文化的地位和作用更加突顯,因此樹(shù)立良好的國(guó)家形象、擴(kuò)大中華文化的國(guó)際影響力、提高國(guó)家的文化軟實(shí)力己經(jīng)成為我國(guó)的重要戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),我國(guó)的對(duì)外宣傳工作取得了明顯的進(jìn)展。然而,我們應(yīng)該清醒地意識(shí)到,我們現(xiàn)在面臨的狀況任然是西強(qiáng)我弱,西方媒體目前任然占據(jù)主導(dǎo)權(quán),控制著話語(yǔ)權(quán),這就要求我們重視對(duì)外宣傳工作,制定對(duì)外宣傳的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃,創(chuàng)新對(duì)外宣傳的方式方法,增強(qiáng)對(duì)外宣傳的吸引力、親和力、和影響力,提高國(guó)際傳播的能力和效果。尤其是那些具有中國(guó)文化特色的詞匯更要注意翻譯的準(zhǔn)確性、時(shí)效性、具體性。 隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,漢語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生了大量具有中國(guó)特色的詞匯,而這些中國(guó)特色詞匯在對(duì)外宣傳中的英譯的準(zhǔn)確性將直接影響到國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化、時(shí)事政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面的正確理解。 鑒于此,本文旨在從以下幾個(gè)方面來(lái)研究對(duì)外宣傳中具有中國(guó)特色詞匯的英譯問(wèn)題。一、對(duì)外宣傳翻譯的內(nèi)涵及其重要性;二、中國(guó)特色詞匯的內(nèi)涵、分類(lèi)及特性;三、中國(guó)特色詞匯的英譯現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問(wèn)題;四、對(duì)外宣傳中具有中國(guó)特色詞匯的英譯原則;五、對(duì)外宣傳中具有中國(guó)特色詞匯的英譯策略,引入“中國(guó)英語(yǔ)”這一概念,舉例闡述中國(guó)特色詞匯英譯的不同方法,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、政治等領(lǐng)域分析當(dāng)前中國(guó)特色詞匯英譯的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Today, the world is undergoing profound and complex changes. During the period of great development, great transformation and adjustment, economic globalization, economic integration, information networking and people's way of life are all undergoing profound changes. The degree of political, economic and cultural integration among the countries of the world is deepening, and the exchange of ideas and cultures and the dialogue among civilizations are becoming more frequent and active in the world, China's development is increasingly closely linked with the world's development. China's development is inseparable from the world, and the world's development is also inseparable from China. In contemporary international relations, a prominent feature of the competition in comprehensive national strength is that the status and role of culture are more prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a good national image and expand the international influence of Chinese culture. Improving the country's cultural soft power has become an important strategic task of our country. Since entering 21 st century, our country's external propaganda work has made obvious progress. However, we should be soberly aware that the situation we are now facing is still strong and weak. Western media still dominate and control the right to speak. This requires us to attach importance to external propaganda work. To formulate a long-term plan for foreign propaganda, to innovate the ways and means of external propaganda, to enhance the attraction, affinity, and influence of foreign propaganda, and to improve the ability and effect of international communication. Especially those words with Chinese cultural characteristics should pay more attention to the accuracy, timeliness and specificity of translation. With the continuous development and progress of the society, Chinese has produced a large number of words with Chinese characteristics, and the accuracy of the translation of these Chinese words in foreign propaganda will directly affect the international community's policy on Chinese traditional culture and current affairs. Economic development and other aspects of the correct understanding. In view of this, this paper aims to study the translation of Chinese words in foreign propaganda from the following aspects. First, the connotation and importance of foreign propaganda translation; second, the connotation, classification and characteristics of Chinese characteristic words; third, the present situation and existing problems of translating Chinese characteristic words into English; fourth, the principles of translating Chinese characteristic words into English in foreign propaganda; Fifth, introducing the concept of "Chinese English" in the English translation strategy of Chinese words in foreign propaganda, and giving examples to illustrate the different methods of translating Chinese words from economy and culture. This paper analyzes the features of English translation of Chinese characteristic words in politics and other fields.
