【摘要】：我們不是從邏輯上對(duì)馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的闡述,而是圍繞國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究與詮釋中存在的若干誤讀與誤釋為中心,進(jìn)行辯正與澄清,闡明對(duì)馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的應(yīng)如何把握的問題。要辯正與澄清包括以下四個(gè)問題:其一,不能將馬克思的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)看作是對(duì)資產(chǎn)階級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的批判理論,而應(yīng)視作是關(guān)于資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系運(yùn)行規(guī)律的科學(xué)理論,更不能認(rèn)為馬克思主義政治經(jīng)學(xué)的批判等同于對(duì)資本的批判,將馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)詮釋為是一種對(duì)資本的批判理論;其二,馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的核心問題是生產(chǎn)關(guān)系,馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)是一種政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),不能將馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視之為是一種技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)或經(jīng)濟(jì)的工藝學(xué),任何社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行都是以一定的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ)的;其三,經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象也是一種社會(huì)歷史現(xiàn)象,對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律的研究不能離開歷史觀的指導(dǎo),在馬克思主義理論體系中,馬克思主義歷史觀與馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)是互相貫通的,不能將其分離;其四,資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)是以不同的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ)的,因而具有不同的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,因此,對(duì)社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究不能片面的強(qiáng)調(diào)與西方經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的接軌。
[Abstract]:Instead of logically expounding Marxist political economy, we focus on some misreading and misinterpretation existing in the study and interpretation of Marxist political economy at home and abroad. Expound the problem of how to grasp the Marxist political economy. To argue and clarify includes the following four questions: first, Marx's political economy should not be regarded as a critical theory of bourgeois economics, but as a scientific theory on the operation law of capitalist economic relations. Nor can we think that the criticism of Marxist political economics is equivalent to the critique of capital, and that Marxist political economy is interpreted as a critical theory of capital; secondly, the core issue of Marxist political economics is the relations of production. Marxist economics is a kind of political economy. It cannot be regarded as a kind of technological economics or technological science of economy. Any social economy is based on certain relations of production. Economic phenomenon is also a kind of social and historical phenomenon. The study of social and economic laws can not be separated from the guidance of historical view. In the Marxist theoretical system, Marxist historical view and Marxist political economy are intertwined. It cannot be separated; fourthly, the capitalist economy and the socialist economy are based on different relations of production and therefore have different laws of movement. The study of socialist economy can not be one-sided with the western economic research.
