【摘要】：中國目前正處于經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵時期,十八大報告也明確提出了維護社會主義公平正義的要求。隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制改革的深入及其他各項改革的推進,怎么更加公平公正的進行分配,讓發(fā)展成果更多更公平的惠及全體人民,成為人們關(guān)注的熱點問題,全面且多層次的研究社會公正在當(dāng)代中國的構(gòu)建問題,具有十分深遠的實踐意義及指導(dǎo)意義。本文在深刻研究我國各界領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人社會公正觀的理論基礎(chǔ)上,緊密聯(lián)合實際,對社會公正的問題進行了全面的解讀。文章從公正及社會公正的內(nèi)涵入手,對社會公正的分類、原則等進行了明確合理的界定,讓全文有了理論的根基。其次,以改革開放為界限,理性的分析了社會公正觀的發(fā)展;再次,結(jié)合我國國情,針對現(xiàn)階段政治、經(jīng)濟、教育、社會生活及生態(tài)等方面存在的不公正的現(xiàn)象進行了深刻的闡述,最后對對策及實踐進行總結(jié),總結(jié)出了中國共產(chǎn)黨人解決社會公正問題的對策是建立科學(xué)合理的利益分配機制,完善社會保障機制,轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能,規(guī)范行政權(quán)力,力克行政人員腐敗,完善社會保障,解決就業(yè)問題,建立高效的社會整合機制,完善利益整合方式,完善制度建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:China is now in the critical period of economic transformation and upgrading. With the deepening of the reform of our socialist market economy system and the advancement of other reforms, how to distribute more fairly and fairly so that the fruits of development can benefit the whole people more and more, and become a hot issue of people's concern. Comprehensive and multi-level research on the construction of social justice in contemporary China has profound practical significance and guiding significance. On the basis of deeply studying the theory of social justice of leaders from all walks of life in our country, this paper combines closely with practice and makes a comprehensive interpretation of the problem of social justice. Starting with the connotation of justice and social justice, this paper defines the classification and principle of social justice clearly and reasonably, which makes the full text have the theoretical foundation. Secondly, taking the reform and opening up as the boundary, the paper rationally analyzes the development of the concept of social justice; thirdly, considering the national conditions of our country, aiming at the present stage of politics, economy and education, This paper expounds the unfair phenomena in social life and ecology, summarizes the countermeasures and practices, and concludes that the countermeasures to solve the problem of social justice by the Chinese Communists are to establish a scientific and reasonable mechanism for the distribution of interests. Perfect the social security mechanism, change the government function, standardize the administrative power, overcome the corruption of the administrative personnel, perfect the social security, solve the employment problem, establish the highly effective social integration mechanism, perfect the interest conformity way, perfect the system construction and so on.
