【摘要】：我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正在經(jīng)歷著一場(chǎng)從舊常態(tài)向新常態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程,這也是我國(guó)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新階段的必然要求。文章分析了新常態(tài)的特征,并對(duì)科學(xué)精神的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了探討,提出以科學(xué)精神應(yīng)對(duì)新常態(tài)應(yīng)告別GDP崇拜,樹(shù)立整體發(fā)展觀;保持定力,穩(wěn)定和完善宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策;告別權(quán)力任性,正確處理政府和市場(chǎng)關(guān)系三個(gè)方面來(lái)闡述用科學(xué)精神應(yīng)對(duì)新常態(tài)。
[Abstract]:China's economy is undergoing a process of transition from the old normal to the new normal, which is also the inevitable requirement for the political and economic development of our country to enter a new stage. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the new normal, probes into the connotation of the scientific spirit, and puts forward that the scientific spirit of dealing with the new normal should say goodbye to the worship of GDP, establish the concept of overall development, keep its strength, stabilize and perfect the macroeconomic policy. Bid farewell to the willful nature of power and correctly handle the relationship between government and market to explain how to deal with the new normal with the scientific spirit.
