【摘要】：菲律賓和馬來(lái)西亞關(guān)于沙巴的主權(quán)糾紛由來(lái)已久,是影響兩國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展的重要事件。通過(guò)分析本文認(rèn)為,1878年英國(guó)和蘇祿締結(jié)條約的翻譯問(wèn)題是引起沙巴主權(quán)糾紛的主要原因。此外,100多年的時(shí)間里領(lǐng)土變化帶來(lái)的權(quán)利繼承關(guān)系混亂,是沙巴主權(quán)糾紛另一個(gè)主要原因。特別是主權(quán)糾紛和政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素結(jié)合在一起,使得沙巴問(wèn)題更加難以徹底解決。
[Abstract]:The sovereignty dispute between Philippines and Malaysia over Sabah has a long history and is an important event affecting the development of relations between the two countries. This paper argues that the translation of the treaty concluded between Britain and Sulu in 1878 is the main cause of the sovereignty dispute in Sabah. Another major cause of Sabah's sovereignty dispute is the chaotic succession of rights brought about by territorial changes over a period of more than 100 years. In particular, sovereignty disputes and political and economic factors combine to make it more difficult to solve the Sabah problem.
