【摘要】：公平正義思想是科學(xué)社會(huì)主義理論的重要部分。對(duì)馬克思主義公平正義思想的研究，不僅是對(duì)社會(huì)主義理論本身的完善，也是中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)的實(shí)踐需要。在經(jīng)歷了改革開放和中國市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展后，中國特色社會(huì)主義社會(huì)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)等都發(fā)生了深刻變化，也積累了許多深層次的矛盾和問題。而公平正義是社會(huì)各方面的利益關(guān)系得以妥善協(xié)調(diào)，人民內(nèi)部矛盾和其他社會(huì)矛盾得以正確處理，，整個(gè)社會(huì)得以和諧、科學(xué)發(fā)展的根本出路。 本文通過分析不同時(shí)期公平正義思想的歷史演變，結(jié)合馬克思主義的公平正義觀，從理論和實(shí)踐兩方面探討了中國特色社會(huì)主義的公平正義思想，在這個(gè)過程中我們不僅積極借鑒西方的公平正義思想，尤其是羅爾斯的正義觀，更結(jié)合中國的實(shí)際情況，把促進(jìn)和實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)公平正義作為中國特色社會(huì)主義的根本價(jià)值取向，并對(duì)公平正義與其社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治體制改革之間的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行了全面梳理，進(jìn)一步對(duì)在現(xiàn)階段如何促進(jìn)和保障公平正義在中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)中的全面實(shí)現(xiàn)，提出了自己的構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:The thought of fairness and justice is an important part of the theory of scientific socialism. The study of Marxist thought of fairness and justice is not only the perfection of socialist theory itself, but also the practical need of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. After the reform and opening up and the development of China's market economy, the politics, economy and society of socialism with Chinese characteristics have undergone profound changes, and many deep-seated contradictions and problems have been accumulated. Fairness and justice is the fundamental way out for the harmonious and scientific development of the whole society as a result of the proper coordination of the interests of all aspects of the society, the correct handling of contradictions among the people and other social contradictions, and the harmony of the whole society. By analyzing the historical evolution of the thought of fairness and justice in different periods and combining the view of fairness and justice of Marxism, this paper probes into the thought of fairness and justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics from two aspects: theory and practice. In this process, we not only actively learn from the western ideas of fairness and justice, especially Rawls' view of justice, but also take the promotion and realization of social fairness and justice as the fundamental value orientation of socialism with Chinese characteristics in light of China's actual situation. It also comprehensively combs the relationship between fairness and justice, its social economy and political system reform, and further discusses how to promote and guarantee the overall realization of fairness and justice in the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics at the present stage. Put forward one's own idea.
