山西臨汾農(nóng)村和諧文化建設研究

【摘要】：農(nóng)村和諧文化是在農(nóng)村發(fā)展過程中，以和諧為價值取向，形成人與人、人與自然、人與農(nóng)村社會相互和諧的局面，為農(nóng)村建設提供良好的文化環(huán)境。農(nóng)村地區(qū)是我國的基層部分，一直以來都是黨和國家關(guān)注的焦點問題，因此，加強農(nóng)村和諧文化建設具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。它是構(gòu)建和諧社會、全面建成小康社會的重要基礎(chǔ)，是促進人的全面發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容；對于促進農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、提高農(nóng)民總和素質(zhì)、推進農(nóng)村新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設發(fā)揮巨大作用。 山西省臨汾市是文化大市，有著鮮明的文化特色和豐厚的文化資源，歷史悠久，是中華民族的重要發(fā)祥地之一。加強臨汾農(nóng)村和諧文化建設，對于促進臨汾地區(qū)政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等各項事業(yè)的發(fā)展都有重要作用。本文作者通過進行調(diào)研了解到目前臨汾農(nóng)村和諧文化建設的現(xiàn)狀，雖然在基礎(chǔ)設施建設、文化生活等方面初有成效，但是還仍然存在著一些亟待解決的問題，如：體制機制不健全、資金投入不足、重視程度不夠等典型問題。 臨汾農(nóng)村和諧文化建設的主要內(nèi)容包括：加強社會主義核心價值體系建設，大力發(fā)展文化事業(yè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)，構(gòu)建和諧文化環(huán)境；堅持以人為本、統(tǒng)籌兼顧、科學創(chuàng)新的原則，滿足廣大農(nóng)民的物質(zhì)文化需求。結(jié)合馬克思主義基本原理的方法，主要包括理論聯(lián)系實際、系統(tǒng)分析方法、矛盾分析方法；具體從制度、物質(zhì)、精神三個層面入手，，采取具體途徑，制度層面上各級黨委政府及文化管理部門應該把和諧文化建設擺在重要的位置，創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村文化建設機制體制；物質(zhì)層面上要加大投入力度，進一步完善公共文化服務體系，促進農(nóng)村地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展；精神層面上要提高農(nóng)民綜合素質(zhì)，開展與農(nóng)民實際相近的文化活動，調(diào)動農(nóng)村參與的積極性等。
[Abstract]:In the process of rural development, the harmonious culture in rural areas, taking harmony as the value orientation, forms a harmonious situation between man and man, between man and nature, and between man and rural society, which provides a good cultural environment for rural construction. Rural areas are the grassroots part of our country, which has always been the focus of attention of the Party and the country. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the construction of rural harmonious culture. It is an important foundation for building a harmonious society and a well-off society in an all-round way, and an important content for promoting the overall development of human beings, and plays a great role in promoting the development of rural economy, improving the total quality of farmers and promoting the construction of new urbanization in rural areas. Linfen City of Shanxi Province is a cultural city with distinct cultural characteristics and rich cultural resources. It has a long history and is one of the important birthplaces of the Chinese nation. Strengthening the construction of rural harmonious culture in Linfen plays an important role in promoting the development of politics, economy and culture in Linfen. Through investigation and research, the author of this paper finds out the present situation of harmonious culture construction in Linfen rural areas. Although the construction of infrastructure, cultural life and other aspects have made initial achievements, there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently. For example: the system mechanism is not perfect, the fund investment is insufficient, the attention degree is insufficient and so on typical question. The main contents of the construction of rural harmonious culture in Linfen include: strengthening the construction of socialist core value system, vigorously developing cultural undertakings and industries, constructing a harmonious cultural environment, adhering to the principles of people-oriented, overall consideration and scientific innovation, To meet the material and cultural needs of farmers. The methods of combining the basic principles of Marxism mainly include the integration of theory with practice, the method of systematic analysis, the method of contradiction analysis, the concrete starting from the three levels of system, substance and spirit, and the adoption of concrete ways. At the system level, party committees, governments and cultural management departments at all levels should put the construction of a harmonious culture in an important position, innovate the mechanism system of rural cultural construction, increase investment in the material level, and further improve the public cultural service system. In order to promote the economic development of rural areas, we should improve the comprehensive quality of farmers, carry out cultural activities similar to the actual conditions of farmers, and arouse the enthusiasm of rural participation.
