【摘要】：在對(duì)外宣傳中,翻譯直接影響著外宣效果和對(duì)外交流的程度。外宣翻譯應(yīng)當(dāng)能夠維護(hù)國(guó)家的利益,傳達(dá)我國(guó)社會(huì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)的真實(shí)信息和樹(shù)立國(guó)際良好形象；使受眾者能夠準(zhǔn)確地理解和獲取信息,從而達(dá)到宣傳的目的。但是我國(guó)目前的外宣翻譯實(shí)踐卻遠(yuǎn)不能滿足這一要求。因此,外宣翻譯質(zhì)量亟待提高,同時(shí)外宣翻譯的現(xiàn)狀也對(duì)外宣翻譯工作者提出較高的要求。 譯者以2013年8月和11月的國(guó)防部例行記者會(huì)為例,進(jìn)行模擬交替?zhèn)髯g。通過(guò)回顧音頻和文本,譯者分析在翻譯中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題和不足,并且以目的論為基礎(chǔ)尋求提高翻譯質(zhì)量的策略。譯者希望以本次模擬交替?zhèn)髯g為鑒,在今后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作中加強(qiáng)訓(xùn)練,不斷提高翻譯質(zhì)量和水平。
[Abstract]:In foreign propaganda, translation directly affects the effect of foreign publicity and the degree of foreign communication. The translation of foreign propaganda should be able to safeguard the national interests, convey the true information of our society, politics and economy and set up a good international image, so that the audience can accurately understand and obtain the information, so as to achieve the purpose of propaganda. However, the current practice of translation of foreign propaganda in China is far from satisfying this requirement. Therefore, the quality of foreign publicity translation needs to be improved, and the present situation of foreign publicity translation also puts forward higher requirements for foreign publicity translators. The translator takes the regular press conference of the Ministry of Defense in August and November 2013 as an example. By reviewing audio and text, translators analyze the problems and shortcomings in translation, and seek strategies to improve translation quality based on Skopos theory. The translator hopes to learn from this simulated consecutive interpretation and enhance the quality and level of translation in the future study and work.
