【摘要】：外交的基本手段之一是談判和各種形式的對話。外交是通過談判等和平方式來實施對外政策,實現(xiàn)對外政策的目標,維護國家主權、領土完整,維護國家的政治、經(jīng)濟、軍事權益,解決國與國之間的分歧、矛盾、沖突,甚至戰(zhàn)爭,處理國際關系、維護世界和平和穩(wěn)定。語言是交流的工具,因此,也是外交的主要工具。外交語言的內(nèi)容多是國家的立場、政策。稍有差錯,就可能影響到一個國家的政治、經(jīng)濟利益、形象、聲譽、地位及其國際關系等,就可能給國家和人民造成無可挽回的損失。在許多情況下,外交語言要求不能直截了當,而必須隱喻地、含蓄地運用模糊語言,其措詞往往是委婉間接、留有余地的。模糊現(xiàn)象在語言中普遍存在,模糊性是自然語言的本質(zhì)特征之一。近年來,隨著中國綜合實力的上升,外交事業(yè)也快速發(fā)展,外交語言的模糊性研究也越來越受到很多學者的注意。所以模糊性的外外交語言要在正確翻譯理論的指導下,公平公正的表達自己的立場,維護本國的利益。 全文共六章。 第一章,主要闡述的是模糊性外交語言的研究背景、理論意義和應用價值。 第二章,將模糊性外交語言的特征分類,即政治敏感性、模糊性和精確性以及民族性,指出要加強國際之間交往的話語權。 第三章,對外交語言模糊性的成因和功能進行了總結,其中重點突出了其功能,強調(diào)在外交語言的翻譯上要注意強烈的政治色彩,進而更好的維護本國的利益。 第四章,在對奈達“等效”理論的分析之后,提出了模糊性外交語言的翻譯原則：“政治等效”原則、模糊性原則和精確性原則。 第五章,提出了模糊性外交語言的三個翻譯策略：直譯法、意譯法、綜合法。 第六章,總結部分,將論文的主要觀點進行概括,并指出不足。
[Abstract]:One of the basic means of diplomacy is negotiation and various forms of dialogue. Diplomacy is to carry out foreign policy through peaceful means such as negotiation, to achieve the objectives of foreign policy, to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity, to safeguard national political, economic, and military rights and interests, and to resolve differences, contradictions, and conflicts between countries. Even war, handling international relations, and safeguarding world peace and stability. Language is the tool of communication and therefore the main instrument of diplomacy. The content of foreign language is mostly the position and policy of the country. A slight error may affect a country's political, economic interests, image, reputation, status and international relations, and may cause irreparable losses to the country and the people. In many cases, the diplomatic language requirement should not be straightforward, but must be metaphorically and implicitly used in vague language, which is often euphemistic and indirect. Vagueness is a common phenomenon in language, and fuzziness is one of the essential features of natural language. In recent years, with the rise of China's comprehensive strength and the rapid development of diplomatic cause, the fuzziness of diplomatic language has been paid more and more attention by many scholars. Under the guidance of the correct translation theory, the foreign diplomatic language of fuzziness should fairly and fairly express its own position and safeguard its own interests. The full text consists of six chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the research background, theoretical significance and application value of fuzziness diplomatic language. The second chapter classifies the characteristics of fuzzy diplomatic language, namely political sensitivity, fuzziness and precision, and nationality, and points out that it is necessary to strengthen the right of discourse in international communication. The third chapter summarizes the causes and functions of the fuzziness of diplomatic language, with emphasis on its function, and stresses the need to pay attention to the strong political color in the translation of diplomatic language so as to better safeguard the interests of our country. Chapter four, after analyzing Nida's "equivalence" theory, puts forward the translation principles of fuzziness diplomatic language: "political equivalence", "fuzziness" and "accuracy". Chapter five puts forward three translation strategies of fuzzy diplomatic language: literal translation, free translation and comprehensive translation. The sixth chapter, the summary part, summarizes the main points of the paper, and points out the deficiencies.
