【摘要】："和諧"作為文明社會(huì)中關(guān)涉政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的永恒話題,在教育領(lǐng)域中有重要"引領(lǐng)"價(jià)值,本文以師生關(guān)系為研究主線索,將"和諧"師生關(guān)系構(gòu)建問(wèn)題作為師生關(guān)系研究的終極目標(biāo)和根本出發(fā)點(diǎn),在以"主體在場(chǎng)"為構(gòu)建目標(biāo)解讀師生關(guān)系、以"和諧關(guān)系"為基本特質(zhì)闡釋師生關(guān)系構(gòu)建取向的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞教育評(píng)價(jià)、師生關(guān)系、理解型課堂構(gòu)建、學(xué)校文化場(chǎng)域和主體自覺(jué)等五方面提出和諧師生關(guān)系的促進(jìn)策略。
[Abstract]:"Harmony", as an eternal topic related to politics, economy and culture in civilized society, has an important "leading" value in the field of education. This paper takes the teacher-student relationship as the main clue. Taking the construction of "harmonious" teacher-student relationship as the ultimate goal and fundamental starting point of the research on teacher-student relationship, the author interprets the teacher-student relationship with the objective of "subject presence". On the basis of explaining the orientation of constructing teacher-student relationship based on "harmonious relationship", the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of harmonious teacher-student relationship in five aspects: educational evaluation, teacher-student relationship, comprehensive-oriented classroom construction, school culture field and subject consciousness.
