【摘要】：受國際、國內(nèi)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)社會環(huán)境劇變的影響，企業(yè)面臨的經(jīng)營環(huán)境愈加復(fù)雜多變，所面臨的風(fēng)險日趨多樣化和復(fù)雜化，并具有一定的隱藏性，風(fēng)險給企業(yè)帶來的影響程度也日益加深。企業(yè)因未能成功管理風(fēng)險而陷入危機(jī)甚至最終覆滅的案例屢見不鮮。 風(fēng)險與企業(yè)創(chuàng)設(shè)發(fā)展、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的各階段、全過程如影隨行，，是需要企業(yè)時刻密切關(guān)注的內(nèi)容，對風(fēng)險進(jìn)行管理是企業(yè)需要常抓不懈的工作。 本文主要從企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)行為兩個層面分析企業(yè)風(fēng)險。將企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)劃分為產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、治理結(jié)構(gòu)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、資本結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資源、企業(yè)文化等六個方面，依次分析了六個結(jié)構(gòu)層面的風(fēng)險，并設(shè)計了度量企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)風(fēng)險的指標(biāo)體系；在企業(yè)行為層面首先從研究與開發(fā)活動、采購管理、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營、銷售服務(wù)、理財行為等五個方面分析了其中的風(fēng)險，同樣提出了一個度量行為風(fēng)險的指標(biāo)體系。最后將上述的兩個指標(biāo)體系在中國船舶工業(yè)股份有限公司和中國船舶重工股份有限公司兩個案例中進(jìn)行應(yīng)用分析。
[Abstract]:Affected by the dramatic changes in the international and domestic political, economic and social environments, the business environment faced by enterprises is becoming more complex and changeable, and the risks they face are becoming increasingly diversified and complicated, and they have a certain degree of concealment. The risk brings the influence degree to the enterprise day by day also deepens day by day. It is common for enterprises to fall into crisis or even end up because of their failure to manage risks successfully. Risk and enterprise creation and development, production and operation of each stage, the whole process such as shadow accompanying, is a need for enterprises to pay close attention to the content, risk management is the enterprise needs unremitting work. This article mainly analyzes the enterprise risk from the enterprise structure and the enterprise behavior two aspects. The enterprise structure is divided into six aspects: property right structure, governance structure, organization structure, capital structure, human resource, enterprise culture and so on. The risk of six structural levels is analyzed in turn, and the index system is designed to measure the risk of enterprise structure. At the level of enterprise behavior, this paper first analyzes the risk from five aspects: research and development activities, purchasing management, production management, sales service, and financial management behavior, and puts forward an index system to measure the risk of behavior. Finally, the above two index systems are applied in two cases, China Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd and China Shipbuilding heavy Industry Co., Ltd.
