【摘要】：2015年是"新常態(tài)"元年,中國經(jīng)濟和社會正在向形態(tài)更高級、分工更復(fù)雜、結(jié)構(gòu)更合理的階段演化。前30多年的高速增長是以犧牲環(huán)境、巨額消耗自然資源和壓低勞動力成本為代價換來的,難以持續(xù)。中國經(jīng)濟要想持續(xù)健康發(fā)展就不能再按以前的老路繼續(xù)走下去,而國際政治經(jīng)濟局勢的變化也將加快我國進入"新常態(tài)"的步伐。面對"新常態(tài)"的挑戰(zhàn),我們必須堅守"公平和正義"的價值取向,調(diào)動一切積極因素和手段向改革要動力,向市場要活力,向創(chuàng)新要潛力;極大程度地簡政放權(quán)、打破利益集團的阻撓和舊體制的束縛,調(diào)動廣大人民群眾的創(chuàng)造力,激活人心、激活人性、激活市場。
[Abstract]:2015 is the first year of the "New normal". China's economy and society are evolving towards a more advanced form, a more complex division of labor and a more rational structure. The rapid growth of the first 30 years was bought at the expense of the environment, huge consumption of natural resources and low labor costs. If China wants to keep on developing healthily, it can't go on along the old road, and the change of international political and economic situation will speed up the pace of entering the "new normal". In the face of the challenge of the "new normal", we must adhere to the value orientation of "fairness and justice" and mobilize all positive factors and means to demand momentum for reform, vitality for the market, potential for innovation, and a great deal of decentralization. Break the obstruction of interest groups and the shackles of the old system, mobilize the creativity of the masses, activate the people, activate human nature, activate the market.
