【摘要】：現(xiàn)今，世界各國(guó)之間的交流越來越深入。比起以往，人們更加需要跨文化交際，而翻譯在跨文化交際中起著非常重要的作用。胡錦濤同志在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第十八次全國(guó)代表大會(huì)上的報(bào)告讓人民更好地了解政府，讓世界也更好地了解我國(guó)。改革開放以來，我國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)制度日益完善，十八大報(bào)告作為黨的報(bào)告越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。十八大報(bào)告中包含了一系列關(guān)于國(guó)家發(fā)展的政策、方針、路線。為了使國(guó)家的大政方針不僅被本國(guó)人民所了解而且讓世界了解中國(guó)，十八大報(bào)告的翻譯成為了一種必然的趨勢(shì)。 由于十八大報(bào)告這種文體具有很強(qiáng)的政治性，這就使它對(duì)翻譯的忠實(shí)性有了更高的要求，而且翻譯中容不得半點(diǎn)疏忽。因此，翻譯工作者必須具有良好的外語素養(yǎng)，，同時(shí)還應(yīng)該具有良好的政治修養(yǎng)。此外，由于十八大報(bào)告中出現(xiàn)了很多新觀點(diǎn)和新概念，而這些都具有中國(guó)特征，因此很難從詞典中找到直接對(duì)應(yīng)的詞，這就導(dǎo)致翻譯過程中很容易出現(xiàn)“中式英語”現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)，由于政治嚴(yán)肅性往往又會(huì)導(dǎo)致譯文國(guó)語機(jī)械呆板，從而使目標(biāo)語的讀者感到生澀難懂。 本文是在中外翻譯思想尤其是等值翻譯理論指導(dǎo)下完成的。作者從詞匯、句子、語篇三個(gè)方面對(duì)十八大報(bào)告進(jìn)行仔細(xì)的研究和分析。通過分析，作者主要討論了以下三個(gè)問題：1.十八大報(bào)告有什么樣的語體特征？2.在十八大報(bào)告的翻譯中怎樣避免“中式英語”現(xiàn)象？3.這種文體的翻譯原則和翻譯技巧有哪些？ 本文用提供的例句分析來說明十八大報(bào)告翻譯中的翻譯原則和技巧，這些例句都選自十八大報(bào)告并且與具體的翻譯策略相結(jié)合。為了使報(bào)告在一個(gè)新的文化環(huán)境中再現(xiàn)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的狀況，并讓目標(biāo)語讀者對(duì)我國(guó)的現(xiàn)狀有一個(gè)全面而準(zhǔn)確的了解，譯者針對(duì)不同的情況就應(yīng)當(dāng)使用不同的翻譯策略。本文通過關(guān)于十八大報(bào)告三個(gè)方面的研究得出,十八大報(bào)告的翻譯原則有以下四點(diǎn)：準(zhǔn)確，信息完整，延續(xù)與改動(dòng)，自然易懂。通過研究，作者認(rèn)為這四個(gè)原則能夠幫助譯者更好地以目標(biāo)語詮釋十八大報(bào)告。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the communication between the countries of the world is getting deeper and deeper. People need cross-cultural communication more than ever before, and translation plays a very important role in cross-cultural communication. Comrade Hu Jintao's report at the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) gave the people a better understanding of the government and a better understanding of China by the world. Since the reform and opening up, the system of the people's Congress of our country has become more and more perfect, and the report of the 18th National people's Congress has been paid more and more attention to. The report of the 18th National Congress contains a series of policies, guidelines and lines on national development. In order to make the country's policies and policies known not only by its people but also by the world, the translation of the report of the 18th National Congress has become an inevitable trend. Because of its strong political nature, the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has a higher demand for the fidelity of translation, and it cannot be neglected in translation. Therefore, translators must have good foreign language literacy as well as good political accomplishment. In addition, because of the emergence of many new ideas and concepts in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is difficult to find the corresponding words directly from the dictionary, which leads to the phenomenon of "Chinglish" in the translation process. At the same time, the political seriousness often leads to the mechanical rigidity of the target language, which makes the target language readers difficult to understand. Under the guidance of Chinese and foreign translation theory, especially equivalent translation theory, this thesis is completed. The author makes a careful study and analysis of the report of the 18th National Congress from three aspects: vocabulary, sentence and discourse. Through analysis, the author mainly discusses the following three questions: 1. What are the stylistic features of the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China? How to avoid the Chinglish phenomenon in the translation of the 18th National Congress report? What are the translation principles and techniques of this style? In this paper, the translation principles and techniques in the translation of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China report are illustrated by the analysis of the examples provided. These examples are selected from the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and are combined with specific translation strategies. In order for the report to reproduce the political, economic and social development of our modern society in a new cultural environment, and to give the target readers a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the current situation in our country, Translators should use different translation strategies according to different situations. Based on the research on the three aspects of the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, this paper concludes that the translation principles of the report are as follows: accuracy, integrity of information, continuity and modification, which are naturally easy to understand. The author believes that these four principles can help translators better interpret the report in target language.
