【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展,出于政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、文化交流等活動(dòng)的需要,人們?cè)诤胶�、航空領(lǐng)域的活動(dòng)日益增加。由于天氣、設(shè)備和人為各種因素造成的海上突發(fā)事件也隨之不斷增加,據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)沉船事故發(fā)生的比例呈逐年上升的趨勢(shì),進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,沉船事故的比例已高達(dá)42.60%且死亡率極高,其中發(fā)生在2015年6月1日的“東方之星”沉船事故死亡率達(dá)到了97.36%。為了保障海上作業(yè)人員以及乘船游客的生命安全,救生設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)工作至關(guān)重要。本文對(duì)近年來國內(nèi)外發(fā)生的重大海難事故進(jìn)行調(diào)查對(duì)比,尋找海難事故中乘船人員的死亡原因,對(duì)救生衣在海難事故中發(fā)揮的救生安全作用進(jìn)行調(diào)查。從制作基本原理、用途、功能特點(diǎn)、分類、材料、使用環(huán)境以及穿戴方式等多方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)查,采用調(diào)查問卷、資料搜集等方式獲得大量數(shù)據(jù)和信息,以分析和判斷救生衣在滿足使用者需求、功能性、安全性等方面存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,特別是在使用者的使用環(huán)境、年齡特點(diǎn)及功能拓展方面發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和不足,并對(duì)其問題進(jìn)行展開分析了解使用者的活動(dòng)狀態(tài)。本文最后進(jìn)行了有針對(duì)性的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,雖然存在諸多不足,僅是為救生衣的設(shè)計(jì)提供一種新的思路和有益的嘗試。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the need of political, economic, military and cultural exchanges, people's activities in the field of navigation and aviation are increasing day by day. As a result of the weather, equipment and human factors, the number of marine emergencies has been increasing. According to statistics, the proportion of shipwreck accidents has been increasing year by year. Since the beginning of the 21st century, The proportion of shipwreck accidents is as high as 42.60% and the death rate is very high. The death rate of "Oriental Star" shipwreck accident occurred on June 1, 2015 has reached 97.36. In order to ensure the safety of marine operators and boat passengers, the design and development of life-saving equipment is very important. This paper investigates and compares the major maritime accidents at home and abroad in recent years, looks for the cause of death of the crew in the shipwrecks, and investigates the life-saving safety function of the lifejackets in the shipwrecks. From the basic principles, uses, functional characteristics, classification, materials, use environment and the way they wear and other aspects of its investigation, questionnaire, data collection and other ways to obtain a large amount of data and information, In order to analyze and judge the advantages and disadvantages of lifejackets in meeting the needs, functions and safety of users, especially in the use environment, age characteristics and functional expansion of users, the problems and shortcomings are found. And carries on the analysis to its question to understand the user's activity state. In the end, the paper carries on the targeted design practice, although there are many shortcomings, it is only to provide a new way of thinking and a beneficial attempt for the design of the lifejacket.
