【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是政治、經(jīng)濟、科技、文化和教育的中心，是經(jīng)濟增長的火車頭，是人類社會產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、生活方式轉(zhuǎn)變及社會變遷的過程，是社會歷史發(fā)展的必然趨勢。改革開放以來，伴隨著我國社會生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展、科學(xué)技術(shù)的進步以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，中國城鎮(zhèn)化水平有了很大的提高，城鎮(zhèn)化速度達到世界同期的兩倍，但同發(fā)達國家相比，我國的城鎮(zhèn)化率還很低，城鎮(zhèn)化的滯后嚴重地制約著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)，同樣的，在甘肅省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化進程中，城鎮(zhèn)化已成為其戰(zhàn)略重點之一。 甘肅省位于中國西部，在我國推行“西部大開發(fā)”政策中，扮演著重要角色，城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展迎來了大好前景。然而，甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展至今依然處于比較低的水平，與全國的差距呈擴大性趨勢，這與甘肅省的發(fā)展目標(biāo)相背離。如何加快甘肅省落后的城鎮(zhèn)化進程，縮小與全國間的差距，成為甘肅省發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略重點。因此，研究甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化水平及其影響因素，對甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展具有重要現(xiàn)實意義。 全文共分為五個部分，第一部分為引言；第二部分闡述了城鎮(zhèn)化的理論基礎(chǔ)，為本文所寫內(nèi)容提供理論依據(jù)；第三部分為甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢研究，在這部分中，首先闡述了甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展歷程，其次對甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題進行詳細分析，最后對甘肅省未來城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展趨勢進行預(yù)測；第四部分對甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化影響因素進行分析，首先闡述影響城鎮(zhèn)化的主要因素及其作用機制，然后，建立甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化影響因素定量分析模型，依據(jù)甘肅省14市（州）的面板數(shù)據(jù)，對甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化水平影響因素進行實證分析，對影響甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化水平發(fā)展的因素有一個全面的定性和定量的了解。第五部分為加快甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化的結(jié)論與建議，，通過對甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化水平及影響因素進行分析，得出推進甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化進程的相關(guān)對策與途徑。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the center of politics, economy, science and technology, culture and education, the locomotive of economic growth, the process of adjustment of industrial structure, transformation of life style and social vicissitude, and the inevitable trend of social and historical development. Since the reform and opening up, with the development of China's social productivity, the progress of science and technology and the adjustment of industrial structure, China's urbanization level has been greatly improved, the speed of urbanization has reached twice that of the world in the same period, but compared with the developed countries, The urbanization rate of our country is still very low, and the lag of urbanization seriously restricts the economic development and modernization construction. Similarly, in the process of economic development and modernization of Gansu Province, urbanization has become one of its strategic emphases. Gansu Province is located in the west of China. It plays an important role in carrying out the policy of "Great Development of the West" in our country, and the development of urbanization ushered in a good prospect. However, the development of urbanization in Gansu Province is still in a relatively low level, and the gap with the whole country is expanding, which deviates from the development goal of Gansu Province. How to speed up the backward process of urbanization and narrow the gap between Gansu and the whole country has become the strategic focus of Gansu Province's development. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the urbanization level and its influencing factors in Gansu Province. The full text is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction; the second part expounds the theoretical basis of urbanization, which provides the theoretical basis for the content of this paper; the third part is the research on the current situation and trend of urbanization in Gansu province, in this part, Firstly, it expounds the development course of urbanization in Gansu Province, then analyzes the problems in the urbanization development of Gansu Province in detail, and finally forecasts the development trend of urbanization in Gansu Province in the future. The fourth part analyzes the influencing factors of urbanization in Gansu Province. Firstly, it expounds the main factors affecting urbanization and its mechanism, and then establishes a quantitative analysis model of the influencing factors of urbanization in Gansu Province. Based on the panel data of 14 cities (states) in Gansu Province, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of urbanization level in Gansu Province, and has a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative understanding of the factors affecting the development of urbanization level in Gansu Province. The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion of speeding up the urbanization of Gansu Province, through the analysis of the urbanization level and influencing factors of Gansu Province, the relevant countermeasures and ways to promote the process of urbanization in Gansu Province are obtained.
