【摘要】：20世紀(jì)70年代以來(lái),英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)出現(xiàn)了“社會(huì)民主黨化”的問(wèn)題。英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持奉行《英國(guó)走向社會(huì)主義道路》的政治綱領(lǐng),但其綱領(lǐng)在政治斗爭(zhēng)中缺乏理論基礎(chǔ)和意識(shí)形態(tài)適應(yīng)性,所以最終無(wú)法在英國(guó)建立共產(chǎn)主義政權(quán)。在70年代,英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)陷入了“社會(huì)民主黨化”,其組織結(jié)構(gòu)分裂,黨內(nèi)成員相繼退出政黨,最終政黨的生命力也走向衰亡。 在70年代英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)關(guān)于政治路線的斗爭(zhēng)激烈,而且也在逐步失去了工人階級(jí)的支持。在60年代開(kāi)始,英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)在反核武器運(yùn)動(dòng)、婦女解放運(yùn)動(dòng)、反種族歧視運(yùn)動(dòng)、反殖民運(yùn)動(dòng)等等新社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)都沒(méi)有發(fā)揮出無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用,反之在持續(xù)長(zhǎng)達(dá)二十多年的民主主義性質(zhì)的進(jìn)步運(yùn)動(dòng)中陷入了“社會(huì)民主黨化”。這還帶來(lái)了以撒切爾主義為代表的新自由主義復(fù)興,英國(guó)社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)一步衰落。 從英國(guó)特殊的國(guó)民性、特殊的資本主義發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、特殊社會(huì)主義理論三個(gè)層面來(lái)重新認(rèn)識(shí)到英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨斗爭(zhēng)的困難,這里面包括英國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、國(guó)際政治環(huán)境、英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)自身政黨建設(shè)等原因形成的綜合性因素,這些因素導(dǎo)致了英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)“社會(huì)民主黨化”。英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨陷入“社會(huì)民主化”也使其喪失了無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨的性質(zhì),導(dǎo)致政黨力量持續(xù)衰弱,最終轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樯鐣?huì)民主黨。雖然1992年英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)重新舉起社會(huì)主義大旗,但是英國(guó)共產(chǎn)主義還是無(wú)法成為主流政治思潮。雖然英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)陷入“社會(huì)民主黨化”,但是英國(guó)誕生的新馬克思主義流派對(duì)西方馬克思主義仍然產(chǎn)生了重要影響。 英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)的“社會(huì)民主黨化”表現(xiàn)出了整個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國(guó)家共產(chǎn)黨政治發(fā)展困境,而科學(xué)理論建設(shè)是當(dāng)今共產(chǎn)黨建設(shè)的首要問(wèn)題。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨作為21世紀(jì)成功的共產(chǎn)黨,其能夠保持先進(jìn)性和純潔性的關(guān)鍵是發(fā)展了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系。英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)只有將馬克思主義英國(guó)化,并能利用馬克思主義解決英國(guó)政治的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,才能構(gòu)建出英國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨(CPGB)的政治基礎(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)英國(guó)社會(huì)主義的道路。
[Abstract]:Since the 1970 s, the CPGBs of the British Communist Party have appeared the problem of "Social Democratic Party". For a long time, the Communist Party of England has adhered to the political program of "the way to Socialism in Britain", but its program lacks the theoretical basis and ideological adaptability in the political struggle, so it is unable to establish the communist regime in Britain eventually. In the 1970s, the Communist Party of England (CPGB) fell into the "Social Democratic Party", its organizational structure was divided, the members of the Party withdrew from the party one after another, and finally the vitality of the political party also declined. In the 1970 s, the Communist Party of England (CPGB) fought hard on the political line and gradually lost the support of the working class. Since the 1960s, the British Communist Party (CPGB) has not played a leading role as a proletarian party in the new social movements, such as the anti-nuclear weapons movement, the women's liberation movement, the anti-racial discrimination movement, the anti-colonial movement, and so on. On the contrary, in the democratic progressive movement which lasted for more than 20 years, it fell into the "Social Democratic Party". It also led to the revival of neoliberalism represented by Thatcherism and the further decline of the British socialist movement. From the three aspects of British special national character, special capitalist development characteristics and special socialist theory, we can re-recognize the difficulties of the struggle of the British Communist Party, which include the British domestic political and economic structure, the international political environment, The comprehensive factors of the Communist Party of England (CPGB) and its own political party construction have led to the "Social Democratic Party" of the Communist Party of England (CPGB). The fall of the British Communist Party into "social democratization" also led to the loss of the nature of the proletarian party, which led to the continued weakness of the political party and its eventual transformation into the Social Democratic Party. Although the Communist Party of England (CPGB) raised the banner of socialism again in 1992, British communism could not become the mainstream political trend. Although the British Communist Party (CPGB) fell into the "Social Democratic Party", the new Marxist school born in Britain still had an important influence on Western Marxism. The "Social Democratic Party" of the Communist Party of England (CPGB) shows the political development dilemma of the Communist Party in the developed capitalist countries, and the construction of scientific theory is the primary problem in the construction of the Communist Party. As a successful Communist Party in the 21st century, the key to the CPC's ability to maintain its progressiveness and purity is to develop the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Communist Party of England (CPGB) can construct the political foundation of the British Communist Party (CPGB) and realize the road of British socialism only by using Marxism to solve the practical problems of British politics.
