【摘要】：1937年七七事變,日本全面侵華戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)。中國共產黨領導的國民革命軍第八路軍,在晉察冀邊區(qū)創(chuàng)建敵后抗日根據地,開展敵后抗日游擊戰(zhàn)爭。為了及時傳達中國共產黨的抗日救國的方針路線,宣傳抗戰(zhàn)、發(fā)動群眾,報道戰(zhàn)事,《抗敵報》創(chuàng)刊了�！犊箶硤蟆肥侵袊伯a黨領導的作為抗日根據地中,創(chuàng)刊最早的一份黨報,在當時的艱苦條件下,它的創(chuàng)刊背景、發(fā)展歷程和辦報特點都值得我們探究。初創(chuàng)時的《抗敵報》必然有其逐步發(fā)展的艱辛與探索過程,在敵后游擊戰(zhàn)形勢下辦報亦有其特殊的報社及人員配置特點。作為敵后抗日根據地創(chuàng)辦的黨的機關報,《抗敵報》在抗戰(zhàn)中起了很大的作用和影響。今天透過報紙的內容和發(fā)展過程亦能真實地折映出當時根據地的政治、經濟、文化和軍事的發(fā)展狀況。本文擬以1937年12月-1940年11月《抗敵報》的創(chuàng)刊背景、發(fā)展過程,辦報特點的分析,并通過對《抗敵報》關于根據地政治構建、經濟建設、文化宣傳和國際新聞等方面內容的概述,充分肯定其在當時抗日救國運動中作用,以啟迪我們當今的黨報辦刊工作。
[Abstract]:The July 7 th incident of 1937 saw the outbreak of the Japanese War of full aggression against China. The eighth Route Army of the National Revolutionary Army, led by the Communist Party of China, established the anti-Japanese base area behind the enemy line and launched the guerrilla war behind the enemy line in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area. In order to convey in time the Communist Party of China's policy line of resisting Japan and saving the nation, to publicize the war of resistance, to arouse the masses and to report on the war, the "Anti-enemy newspaper" was launched. The "Anti-enemy newspaper" is the earliest party newspaper under the leadership of the Communist Party of China to be published as a base area for the resistance against Japan. Under the difficult conditions at that time, its founding background, development course and the characteristics of running newspaper are worth exploring. The "Anti-enemy newspaper" in its infancy must have its gradual development and exploration process, and it also has its special characteristics of newspaper and personnel distribution under the situation of guerrilla warfare behind enemy lines. As an organ newspaper of the Party founded in the anti-Japanese base area behind the enemy lines, the anti-enemy newspaper played a great role and influence in the anti-Japanese war. Today, the political, economic, cultural and military development of the base area can also be truly reflected through the content and development of the newspaper. This paper, based on the background, development process and characteristics of the Anti-enemy newspaper from December 1937 to November 1940, and through the analysis of the political construction and economic construction in the base area, The summary of cultural propaganda and international news, fully affirmed its role in the anti-Japanese national movement at that time, so as to enlighten our party newspaper.
