【摘要】：決策,就是決定策略或辦法,是人們在政治、經(jīng)濟、技術(shù)和日常生活中普遍存在的一種行為。決策是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作的起點,決策能力是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的核心。決策能力強的一個標(biāo)志,就是科學(xué)決策、符合實際。決策要有明確的目標(biāo),切忌無的放矢;要有擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)挠職?切忌當(dāng)斷不斷;要有民主的作風(fēng),切忌個人專斷;要有創(chuàng)新的精神,切忌因循守舊;要有戰(zhàn)略的遠見,切忌戰(zhàn)略短視。
[Abstract]:Decision-making, which is the decision of strategy or method, is a common behavior of people in politics, economy, technology and daily life. Decision-making is the starting point of leadership, and decision-making ability is the core of leadership. A sign of strong ability to make decisions is scientific decision-making, which is in line with reality. Decision making must have clear goal, avoid aimless; must have the courage to bear, must not be determined constantly; must have the democratic style of work, must avoid the individual arbitrariness; must have the innovation spirit, must not follow the old times; must have the strategic foresight, must avoid the strategy shortsightedness.
