環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)議題中媒介污名化現(xiàn)象的呈現(xiàn)及動(dòng)因研究

【摘要】:在人類對(duì)現(xiàn)代性的追求中,環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)始終與人類發(fā)展問題相生相伴。作為反思性現(xiàn)代化的表征,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)被烏爾里希·貝克界定為系統(tǒng)地處理現(xiàn)代化自身引致的危險(xiǎn)和不安全感的方式。環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的出現(xiàn),不僅僅是由于工業(yè)社會(huì)的發(fā)展造成的一系列生態(tài)問題,使公眾陷入對(duì)“不確定性”的焦慮。更是因?yàn)轱L(fēng)險(xiǎn)有著與財(cái)富相同的分配邏輯。這種分配邏輯的結(jié)果就造成了由于政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)與知識(shí)地位的不平衡,在這種張力下,不同階層、不同群體對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有不同的感知程度。當(dāng)今中國正在經(jīng)歷從農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)向工業(yè)社會(huì),由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制發(fā)展的進(jìn)程。在轉(zhuǎn)軌的過程中,社會(huì)階層分化、城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)都成為出現(xiàn)一系列社會(huì)問題的根源。而新媒體的發(fā)展,使民眾有了與官方話語向抗衡的話語平臺(tái)與意見集散地,這也使得關(guān)乎民眾生存安全的環(huán)境問題格外受到各個(gè)階層的重視。特別是近些年來發(fā)生的一些環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件中,新媒體為新聞的公共性實(shí)踐與下層民眾的維權(quán)起到了重要作用。環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的傳播過程,就是一個(gè)環(huán)境信息經(jīng)由媒介在精英階層與下層民眾之間的流動(dòng)過程。媒介對(duì)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)議題的再現(xiàn)方式,決定了民眾對(duì)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的解讀程度。我們發(fā)現(xiàn),在環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播的話語場(chǎng)域中,媒介污名化的現(xiàn)象甚是普遍。這一方面表現(xiàn)在精英階層通過媒介,對(duì)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)議題進(jìn)行置換或規(guī)避,企圖淡化環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)造成的危害,實(shí)質(zhì)上造成某種環(huán)境現(xiàn)象的內(nèi)隱化污名;另一方面,公眾對(duì)政府信任的缺失,造成民間話語對(duì)官方話語的“對(duì)抗性解讀”,進(jìn)而對(duì)官方話語中的某些概念進(jìn)行貼標(biāo)簽的手段實(shí)施污名,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)話語權(quán)的掌控。本文將環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播場(chǎng)域中的媒介污名化現(xiàn)象作為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)媒介的修辭、話語及意識(shí)形態(tài)的體現(xiàn)與新媒體環(huán)境下環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播的新特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合近幾年來的環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件中的污名化現(xiàn)象,對(duì)媒介權(quán)力、媒介角色、消費(fèi)主義對(duì)媒介的影響等領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了深入分析,進(jìn)而探討環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播中媒介污名化的動(dòng)因所在。
[Abstract]:In the pursuit of modernity, environmental risk is always accompanied by human development. As a representation of reflective modernization, risk is defined by Ulrich Baker as a systematic way to deal with the danger and insecurity caused by modernization itself. The emergence of environmental risk is not only caused by a series of ecological problems caused by the development of industrial society, which makes the public get into the anxiety of uncertainty. Even more, risk has the same logic of distribution as wealth. The result of this distributive logic is the imbalance of politics, economy and knowledge status. Under this tension, different strata and different groups have different perception of risk. Nowadays, China is going through a process from agricultural society to industrial society, from planned economy to market economy system. In the process of transition, social stratum differentiation and urban-rural dual economic structure have become the root of a series of social problems. With the development of new media, the people have the discourse platform and opinion distribution center to counterbalance the official discourse, which also makes the environmental problems related to the survival and security of the people receive special attention from all walks of life. Especially in recent years, the new media has played an important role in the public practice of news and the rights of the lower class. The communication process of environmental risk is a flow of environmental information between the elite and the lower class through the media. The way the media reproduce the issue of environmental risk determines the public's interpretation of environmental risk. We find that the phenomenon of media stigmatization is very common in the discourse field of environmental risk communication. On the one hand, the elite, through the media, exchange or circumvent the issue of environmental risks in an attempt to dilute the harm caused by environmental risks and, in essence, create an implicit stigma of certain environmental phenomena; on the other hand, The lack of public trust in the government leads to the "adversarial interpretation" of the official discourse by the folk discourse, and then the means of labeling some concepts in the official discourse, thus realizing the control of the right to speak. In this paper, the phenomenon of media stigmatization in the field of environmental risk communication is taken as the research object, through the analysis of the embodiment of media rhetoric, discourse and ideology and the new characteristics of environmental risk communication under the new media environment. Combined with the stigmatization of environmental risk events in recent years, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the media power, media role and the influence of consumerism on the media, and then probes into the causes of media stigma in environmental risk communication.
