【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯報(bào)告。報(bào)告原文《經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁及其對(duì)俄羅斯與歐盟的經(jīng)濟(jì)往來(lái)的影響》摘自著名刊物《經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題》(月刊)2014年第12期。作者是克麗諾娃·瑪麗娜·維列寧諾夫娜和西多羅娃·葉連娜·亞歷山大羅夫娜。前者是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士,俄羅斯科學(xué)院世界經(jīng)濟(jì)和國(guó)際關(guān)系研究所高級(jí)研究員經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)副博士,后者是俄羅斯科學(xué)院世界經(jīng)濟(jì)和國(guó)際關(guān)系研究所高級(jí)研究員,俄羅斯外交部所屬國(guó)立莫斯科國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院高級(jí)講師。本次翻譯報(bào)告所選文章屬于政論文體,主要剖析了歐盟和俄羅斯之間的相互制裁(歐盟對(duì)俄實(shí)施的經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁和俄羅斯的反制裁措施)給雙方在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和能源等領(lǐng)域帶來(lái)的負(fù)面影響。研究歐盟對(duì)俄制裁,不僅可以幫助我們了解俄羅斯的經(jīng)濟(jì)變化形勢(shì),而且也對(duì)中國(guó)制定相應(yīng)的外交政策具有重要借鑒意義。本篇翻譯報(bào)告的內(nèi)容分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分為引言,簡(jiǎn)要介紹該翻譯項(xiàng)目的背景、意義和項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu);第二部分為翻譯原文介紹,主要分析原文內(nèi)容和原文語(yǔ)言特征;第三部分為翻譯理論基礎(chǔ),包括政論文的翻譯特點(diǎn)和等值理論分析;第四部分為翻譯難點(diǎn)與翻譯方法,先對(duì)翻譯準(zhǔn)備工作進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述,然后詳細(xì)分析翻譯過(guò)程中遇到的難點(diǎn)和采用的解決方法。第五部分為結(jié)語(yǔ),總結(jié)譯者在翻譯過(guò)程中所得到的啟示和教訓(xùn),同時(shí)指出仍待解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:This article is a translation report. "Economic sanctions and their impact on economic exchanges between Russia and the European Union." from the famous journal < economic issues > (monthly) in the twelfth phase of 2014. The author is Klinova Marina Vileninovna and Sidorova Elena Alexxandre Da ROV. The former is a doctor of economics, Russia, Russia. The senior fellow of the Institute of world economics and international relations, senior fellow of the Institute of world economic and international relations, the senior fellow of the Institute of world economic and international relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the senior lecturer of the University of International Relations, Russia's Ministry of foreign affairs. The articles selected in this translation report belong to the literary style, mainly dissecting the EU. The impact of the mutual sanctions against Russia (the EU's economic sanctions against Russia and Russia's anti sanctions measures) gives both sides a negative impact on the political, economic and energy fields. The study of the EU sanctions against Russia can not only help us understand the economic changes in Russia, but also make relevant foreign policy to China. The content of this translation report is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which briefly introduces the background, significance and project structure of the translation project. The second part is the introduction of the original text, mainly analyzing the content of the original text and the language characteristics of the original text; the third part is the basis of the translation theory, including the characteristics of the translation of political papers, and so on. Analysis of value theory; the fourth part is the translation difficulties and methods of translation. First, it gives a brief description of the translation preparation, then analyzes the difficulties and solutions in the process of translation. The fifth part is the conclusion, summarizes the enlightenment and teaching of the translator in the process of translation, and points out the problems to be solved.
