【摘要】：1935年至1948年,中國共產(chǎn)黨在延安建立了較為穩(wěn)固的政權,新聞事業(yè)也得到了比較充分的發(fā)展。在這期間,陜甘寧邊區(qū)共出版了報刊雜志近百種。新聞通訊事業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開專業(yè)的新聞工作者,更離不開廣大的通訊員積極參與。20世紀三四十年代陜甘寧邊區(qū)經(jīng)濟落后,信息、交通閉塞,人民群眾文化水平相對較低等歷史條件在客觀上制約了中國共產(chǎn)黨利用新聞媒介宣傳方針政策和團結(jié)廣大民眾。然而,由廣大通訊員建立起來的信息傳播網(wǎng)絡在其中具有不可替代的地位和作用。延安時期的通訊員隊伍普遍擁有一定的文化水平和相對廣泛的人際關系網(wǎng)絡,能給記者的采訪寫作和編輯的工作提供較大的幫助。同時,廣泛的通訊員積極寫稿,緩解了報社專業(yè)新聞從業(yè)人員不足問題,也保證了新聞工作深入群眾生活,擴大了延安時期《解放日報》《邊區(qū)群眾報》等各種出版物的稿源,是報紙重要的新聞來源。延安時期通訊員隊伍的建設是新聞通訊員隊伍建設的成功典范,本文從延安時期的歷史語境出發(fā),結(jié)合當時的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、交通等方面進行分析,考證當時通訊員隊伍建設的必要性、分析通訊員隊伍結(jié)構狀況、通訊員工作任務分析、編輯部維護與通訊員關系等歷史經(jīng)驗。延安時期通訊員承擔著提供新聞線索、采寫新聞稿件,組織讀報社等工作任務,同時,編輯部努力維護與通訊員的關系,有明確的稿費制度和獎勵優(yōu)待政策。除此之外,編輯部注重通訊員業(yè)務素質(zhì)的培訓,例如召開通訊員座談會、在報刊上闡釋新聞基本概念和新聞寫作技巧、創(chuàng)辦《通訊》和《大眾習作》刊物指導通訊員寫作、提前告知通訊員報道重點并及時回饋通訊員稿件問題。運用文獻分析法分析得出延安時期通訊員隊伍建設的具體經(jīng)驗。延安時期通訊員隊伍建設促進了20世紀40年代陜甘寧邊區(qū)新聞事業(yè)的發(fā)展,踐行了“全黨辦報,群眾辦報”思想。同樣,當時通訊員建設的歷史經(jīng)驗對當下仍有現(xiàn)實啟示。對當代媒體發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代大型企業(yè)的宣傳通訊工作也有一定的借鑒意義。新聞單位“走基層、轉(zhuǎn)作風、改文風”活動繼續(xù)深入開展和“教育群眾路線”的進一步貫徹,要求新聞媒體必須深入基層、深入群眾,寫出人民真實的生活狀態(tài),寫出人民喜聞樂見的新聞,各級黨報電視臺和各類都市類媒體等新聞機構可以在“深入群眾”中借鑒延安時期通訊員隊伍建設的經(jīng)驗。在新媒體環(huán)境下,每一個群眾都是潛在的“爆料人”,在媒體加強聯(lián)系和刻意培養(yǎng)下,有可能變成熱愛新聞、主動提供新聞線索或主動寫稿、對特定媒體有較高熱愛度和忠誠度的通訊員。所以,媒體仍有必要借鑒延安時期通訊員隊伍建設的經(jīng)驗,組織壯大自己的通訊員隊伍。
[Abstract]:From 1935 to 1948, the Communist Party of China established a relatively stable regime in Yan'an, and the news industry also got a relatively full development. During this period, the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningxia Border region published a total of nearly 100 newspapers and magazines. The development of the news and communications industry cannot be separated from professional journalists, but also from the active participation of the vast number of correspondents in the economic backwardness, information and traffic blockage of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region in the 1930s and 40s of the 20th century. Historical conditions such as the relatively low level of the people's culture have objectively restricted the CPC's use of the news media to propagate the principles and policies and to unite the masses of the people. However, the information communication network established by the vast number of correspondents plays an irreplaceable role in it. The correspondents of Yan'an period generally have a certain level of education and a relatively wide network of interpersonal relations, which can provide great help to reporters in the work of interview, writing and editing. At the same time, extensive correspondents actively wrote manuscripts, alleviating the shortage of professional journalists in newspapers, ensuring that news work went deep into the life of the masses, and expanding the sources of manuscripts for various publications, such as the "Liberation Daily" and "Border area Mass News" during the Yan'an period. It is an important source of news for newspapers. The construction of correspondents in Yan'an period is a successful example of the construction of news correspondents. From the historical context of Yan'an period, this paper analyzes the political, economic, cultural and transportation aspects of the period. This paper examines the necessity of the construction of the correspondents at that time, analyzes the structure of the correspondents, the task analysis of the correspondents, the relationship between the editorial department and the correspondents, and so on. During the Yan'an period, the correspondents undertook the tasks of providing news clues, collecting and writing news articles, organizing the reading of newspapers, etc. At the same time, the editorial department worked hard to maintain the relationship with the correspondents, and had a clear system of payment for manuscripts and preferential treatment policies. In addition, the editorial department pays attention to the training of correspondents' professional qualities, such as convening seminars for correspondents, explaining the basic concepts of news and news writing skills in the newspapers and periodicals, and establishing "Communications" and "popular exercises" publications to guide correspondents to write. Inform correspondents in advance of the key points of the report and give timely feedback to the correspondents. Through the analysis of literature analysis, the concrete experience of the construction of correspondents in Yan'an period is obtained. The construction of correspondents in Yan'an period promoted the development of journalism in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border region in the 1940s, and carried out the thought of "running newspapers by the whole Party and running newspapers by the masses". Similarly, the historical experience of the construction of correspondents at that time still has realistic enlightenment to the present. For the development of contemporary media and modern large-scale enterprises of propaganda and communication work also has certain reference significance. The activities of news units to "take the grassroots, change their style of work, and change their style of writing" continue to be carried out in depth and further carry out the "mass education line," which requires the news media to go deep into the grassroots, to go deep into the masses, and to write down the real living conditions of the people. Write down the news that the people like to see. Party newspapers, television stations at all levels and various urban media and other news organizations can learn from the experience of the construction of correspondents in Yan'an period in "going deep into the masses." In the new media environment, every mass is a potential "whistleblower." with the media to strengthen its contacts and deliberately cultivate, it may become a love of news, offer news clues or take the initiative to write articles. Correspondents who have a high degree of love and loyalty to specific media. Therefore, it is necessary for the media to draw lessons from the experience of the construction of correspondents in Yan'an period and to organize and strengthen their own correspondents.
