【摘要】：民營企業(yè)自20世紀(jì)90年代起開始大發(fā)展，它們給經(jīng)濟(jì)生活帶來巨大的變化，并逐漸被認(rèn)為是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。我國民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展從一開始就背負(fù)著巨大的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)使命，獲得了政府強(qiáng)有力的政治推動(dòng)。在不同的發(fā)展階段，這種政治推動(dòng)力一直發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。從政治影響的角度分析我國民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展，研究民營企業(yè)政治訴求、政治影響的方式及其效果，進(jìn)而研究民營企業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)我國民主政治建設(shè)產(chǎn)生的影響，具有一定層面的理論價(jià)值與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文主要內(nèi)容由六個(gè)部分組成： 第一部分，導(dǎo)論。主要闡述論文的研究緣起及研究意義，并對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理，確定文章基本結(jié)構(gòu)及框架。 第二部分，構(gòu)建民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的必要性。從民營企業(yè)的雙重政治性邏輯入手，分別從企業(yè)層面（微觀）和我國民主政治建設(shè)（宏觀）層面，揭示民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的必要性。 第三部分，民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的主要方式。主要研究民營企業(yè)通過黨建工作、制度化和非制度化政治參與等方式構(gòu)建與政府的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的情況，研究民間商會(huì)在構(gòu)建民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)中的作用方式。 第四部分，民營企業(yè)影響政治關(guān)聯(lián)的影響分析。研究表明，民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的積極影響主要體現(xiàn)在：推進(jìn)漸進(jìn)改革順利推進(jìn)，創(chuàng)新民主政治建設(shè)的組織形式和工作機(jī)制，培育公民的政治參與意識(shí)和加強(qiáng)服務(wù)性政府建設(shè)。民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的消極影響突出地表現(xiàn)在：侵蝕公共權(quán)力，腐蝕公務(wù)員隊(duì)伍；改變公共權(quán)力配置結(jié)構(gòu)，危及政治穩(wěn)定以及自利原則與公意原則的沖突，引發(fā)社會(huì)矛盾等。 第五部分，建構(gòu)新型民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)。主要研究建構(gòu)民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的渠道、手段、行為和機(jī)制。 第六章，結(jié)論與展望。文章認(rèn)為，民營企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展需要政府的幫助，民營企業(yè)的政治關(guān)聯(lián)也是企業(yè)的生存之道，民營企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)我國民主政治建設(shè)的影響是雙向的，因此，必須構(gòu)建新型企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)，，推動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展與民主政治建設(shè)的協(xié)同共贏。
[Abstract]:Private enterprises have been developing greatly since 1990s. They bring great changes to economic life and are gradually regarded as an important part of our national economy. The development of private enterprises in China has been carrying a huge political and economic mission from the beginning, which has been strongly promoted by the government. At different stages of development, this political impetus has been playing a vital role. This paper analyzes the development of private enterprises in China from the angle of political influence, studies the political demands of private enterprises, the ways of political influence and their effects, and then studies the influence of the development of private enterprises on the construction of democratic politics in China. It has certain theoretical value and practical significance. The main content of this paper is composed of six parts: The first part, introduction. This paper mainly expounds the origin and significance of the research, and combs the relevant research literature at home and abroad to determine the basic structure and framework of the article. The second part, the necessity of constructing the political connection of private enterprises. Starting with the dual political logic of private enterprises, this paper reveals the necessity of political connection of private enterprises from the aspects of enterprise level (micro) and democratic political construction (macro level). The third part, the main way of political connection of private enterprises. This paper mainly studies the relationship between private enterprises and the government through party building, institutionalized and non-institutionalized political participation, and studies the role of private chambers of commerce in the construction of political connections of private enterprises. The fourth part, the influence analysis of the political connection of the private enterprise. The research shows that the positive influence of the political connection of private enterprises is mainly reflected in the following aspects: advancing the gradual reform smoothly, innovating the organizational form and working mechanism of democratic political construction, cultivating citizens' consciousness of political participation and strengthening the construction of service-oriented government. The negative influence of the political connection of private enterprises is manifested in the following aspects: eroding public power and corrupting the civil servants; changing the configuration of public power endangering political stability and the conflict between self-interest principle and public will principle and causing social contradiction etc. The fifth part, constructs the new private enterprise political connection. This paper mainly studies the channel, means, behavior and mechanism of constructing the political connection of private enterprise. Chapter six, conclusion and prospect. The article holds that the survival and development of private enterprises need the help of the government, the political connection of private enterprises is also the way of survival of enterprises, and the influence of political connections of private enterprises on the construction of democratic politics in China is two-way, therefore, It is necessary to construct a new type of enterprise political connection and promote the cooperation between enterprise development and democratic political construction.
