【摘要】：在我國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化體制改革逐步深入的大背景下,現(xiàn)有體育體制難以適應(yīng)形勢(shì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,改革迫在眉睫。文章采用文獻(xiàn)資料與邏輯分析法,從梳理當(dāng)代中國(guó)體育體制存在的問(wèn)題入手,進(jìn)而剖析了體育體制改革的阻力與動(dòng)力,提出:深化體育體制改革、創(chuàng)新管理體制與理論體系;進(jìn)一步完善"體教結(jié)合",以高層次競(jìng)技體育帶動(dòng)群眾體育、學(xué)校體育全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;合理配置各類資源,促進(jìn)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展等建議,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)體育大國(guó)向體育強(qiáng)國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the reform of political, economic and cultural system in our country, it is difficult for the existing sports system to meet the needs of the situation and social development, so the reform is imminent. By using the method of literature and logic analysis, this paper begins with the problems existing in the sports system of contemporary China, then analyzes the resistance and motive force of the reform of the sports system, and puts forward the following points: deepening the reform of the sports system, innovating the management system and the theoretical system; To further improve the "combination of sports and education," to promote mass sports with high-level competitive sports, and to coordinate the development of school sports in an all-round way; and to rationally allocate all kinds of resources to promote the scientific development of the sports industry, and so on. We will strive to realize the development process of the transformation from a sports power to a strong sports power.
