【摘要】：正民意調(diào)查自20世紀(jì)初在美國(guó)產(chǎn)生以來(lái),在全球獲得了迅速的發(fā)展,在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及社會(huì)管理等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著重要作用。但如果民意調(diào)查所使用方法不科學(xué),調(diào)查結(jié)果就會(huì)偏離真正的民意,以這樣的結(jié)果做出判斷、指導(dǎo)工作,就會(huì)發(fā)生偏差。2016年,英國(guó)公投和美國(guó)大選的結(jié)果,令國(guó)際社會(huì)一片嘩然。從國(guó)內(nèi)來(lái)看,央視進(jìn)行的"春晚滿意度調(diào)查"和"你幸福嗎"等民意調(diào)查結(jié)果也受到廣大民眾的普遍質(zhì)疑。民意調(diào)查怎樣才
