【摘要】：區(qū)域是指政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、歷史、文化和社會(huì)等要素相近的地理單位,區(qū)位是指某一地理位置相對(duì)于其他尤其是相鄰地理位置所具備的交通、資源、商業(yè)等要素特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)。廣西存在著先天的區(qū)域劣勢(shì),囿限了廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的效率與質(zhì)量,但廣西擁有不少區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)。正確認(rèn)識(shí)并重新塑造廣西的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)廣西實(shí)現(xiàn)"十三五"良好開局,加快實(shí)現(xiàn)"兩個(gè)建成"目標(biāo)有著重要意義。
[Abstract]:Region is a geographical unit with similar elements such as politics, economy, history, culture and society. Location refers to the characteristics and advantages of transportation, resources, commerce and so on. Guangxi has a congenital regional disadvantage, which limits the efficiency and quality of Guangxi's economic and social development, but Guangxi has many regional advantages. It is of great significance for Guangxi to realize a good start to the 13th Five-Year Plan and accelerate the realization of the goal of "two completion" by correctly understanding and remolding the regional advantages of Guangxi.
