【摘要】：隨著亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行(簡(jiǎn)稱“亞投行”)的即將成立,“一路一帶”建設(shè)的進(jìn)一步落實(shí),中國(guó)對(duì)外承包工程企業(yè)在國(guó)際化道路上不斷探索和成長(zhǎng),電力工程企業(yè)也在國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司的整體戰(zhàn)略部署下進(jìn)行“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。Z電力工程公司作為走出去電力工程企業(yè)中的一員,目前處在需要戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期。本文首先介紹了Z電力工程公司的概況和國(guó)際化現(xiàn)狀,從資源要素、管理要素、能力要素和企業(yè)內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值鏈四個(gè)方面對(duì)Z電力工程公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,分析Z電力工程公司在人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)資源、技術(shù)資源和市場(chǎng)資源方面的資源情況,從質(zhì)量等國(guó)際管理體系認(rèn)證、信息化管理、人力資源管理及企業(yè)文化角度分析Z電力工程公司的管理現(xiàn)狀,然后從所擁有的內(nèi)部能力角度分析Z電力工程公司的市場(chǎng)開發(fā)能力、項(xiàng)目管理能力、技術(shù)開發(fā)和創(chuàng)新能力,綜合得出公司所擁有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和技術(shù)方面對(duì)Z電力工程公司國(guó)際化的宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,以及用PEST方法對(duì)其行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行解讀,得出Z電力工程公司所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅。本文利用SWOT分析法進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇,得出Z電力工程公司的國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略適合區(qū)域集中化戰(zhàn)略,指出Z電力工程公司國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的定位問題,從市場(chǎng)和管理兩個(gè)層面提出戰(zhàn)略方案。在市場(chǎng)層面,提出了加強(qiáng)核心能力建設(shè)、增強(qiáng)融資能力和區(qū)域集中化戰(zhàn)略;在管理層面提出了創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目管理方式、成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略和推進(jìn)人才戰(zhàn)略。通過戰(zhàn)略選擇,從組織機(jī)構(gòu)、戰(zhàn)略定位、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制、企業(yè)文化、內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值鏈建設(shè)和加強(qiáng)技術(shù)研發(fā)等幾方面提出Z電力工程公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施,確保Z公司的國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。同時(shí)為類似企業(yè)提供一定的參考和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the forthcoming establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and the further implementation of the construction of Belt and Road, Chinese foreign contracting engineering enterprises are constantly exploring and growing on the road of internationalization.The electric power engineering enterprises also carry out the "going out" strategy under the overall strategic deployment of the State Grid Company. As a member of the "going out" power engineering enterprises, the electric power engineering company is in the transition period that needs the strategic adjustment at present.This paper first introduces the general situation and internationalization status of Z Electric Power Engineering Company, analyzes the internal environment of Z Power Engineering Company from four aspects: resource factor, management factor, capability factor and internal value chain.This paper analyzes the resources of Z Electric Power Engineering Company in terms of human resources, financial resources, technical resources and market resources, from the quality of international management system certification, information management,From the angle of human resource management and enterprise culture, this paper analyzes the management status of Z Electric Power Engineering Company, and then analyzes the market development ability, project management ability, technology development and innovation ability of Z Power Engineering Company from the perspective of internal capability.The advantages and disadvantages of the company are summed up.From the political, economic, social and technical aspects, this paper analyzes the macro environment of Z Electric Power Engineering Company's internationalization, and interprets the industry environment with PEST method, and concludes the opportunities and threats faced by Z Electric Power Engineering Company.In this paper, the SWOT analysis method is used to select the strategy, and the internationalization strategy of Z Electric Power Engineering Company is found to be suitable for the regional centralization strategy. The positioning problem of the internationalization strategy of Z Electric Power Engineering Company is pointed out, and the strategic plan is put forward from the two aspects of market and management.At the market level, it puts forward the strategy of strengthening the core competence, strengthening the financing ability and regional centralization, and puts forward the innovative project management mode, the cost leading strategy and the promotion talent strategy in the management level.Through the strategic choice, from the organization, the strategic orientation, the enterprise management and the risk prevention mechanism, the enterprise culture, the internal value chain construction and strengthens the technology research and development and so on several aspects proposed Z electric power engineering company strategic implementation safeguard measure.To ensure that Z Company's international strategic objectives can be achieved.At the same time for similar enterprises to provide a certain reference and guidance.
