【摘要】：在以“和平與發(fā)展”為時(shí)代主題的全球化背景之下，中國的國際化進(jìn)程日益加劇，也將提升軟實(shí)力和國家形象置于國家發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位.本文以內(nèi)容分析的方法為主，同時(shí)結(jié)合質(zhì)性分析軟件Nvivo，進(jìn)行文本挖掘和詞語聚類分析，以海外主流媒體對于“中國夢”報(bào)道為研究對象，研究海外主流英文媒體對于“中國夢”的解讀，進(jìn)而研究影響中國國家形象在國際社會傳播的深層因素，，特別是海外主流英文媒體既存的“報(bào)道框架”在其中所發(fā)揮的作用。經(jīng)過初步的探索，本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，海外主流媒體的報(bào)道框架，尤其是基于意識形態(tài)和政治立場形成的報(bào)道框架，在不同的題材和問題領(lǐng)域有這不同的表現(xiàn)。以對“中國夢”的報(bào)道為例，整體而言，對基本事實(shí)的反應(yīng)和報(bào)道基本上比較客觀，但在分類領(lǐng)域，如政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等領(lǐng)域的概括提煉，也就是從具體問題、具體事件中凝練對中國國家形象的整體判斷時(shí)，“報(bào)道框架”會發(fā)生比較顯著的影響，尤其突出的是體現(xiàn)在政治領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)報(bào)道：在有關(guān)具體事件、現(xiàn)象的報(bào)道中，正面報(bào)道和中立報(bào)道居多，但是對于國家形象的報(bào)道傾向，主要是負(fù)面傾向的報(bào)道，對材料的主觀闡釋，表現(xiàn)比較顯著。 結(jié)合這些定性材料，基本上可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，隨著中國整體的發(fā)展，對涉及中國的具體事件的報(bào)道，正在逐步走向客觀、公正，能比較準(zhǔn)確的反應(yīng)事實(shí)層面的最新發(fā)展，尤其是在經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會領(lǐng)域；但在政治領(lǐng)域，在于中國國家形象相關(guān)的領(lǐng)域，西方主流媒體長期形成的帶有比較顯著的意識形態(tài)以及西方中心主義色彩的“報(bào)道框架”仍然有著比較顯著的影響，這是導(dǎo)致中國國際傳播長期處于不利態(tài)勢的深層原因，因?yàn)檫@種框架的改變需要漫長的時(shí)間，所以，即使中國自身的發(fā)展、中國的對外傳播策略包括投入對外傳播的資源都有了顯著提升，都應(yīng)做好相應(yīng)的心理準(zhǔn)備，不宜期待在短時(shí)間內(nèi)這種報(bào)道框架發(fā)生實(shí)質(zhì)性的巨大變化。 此外，從中短期來看，中國的對外傳播策略應(yīng)該更加關(guān)注傳播無法或者說較難被傳統(tǒng)報(bào)道框架主觀闡釋的“客觀事實(shí)”，從而在最大限度上避免因?yàn)閳?bào)道框架的存在，而導(dǎo)致的誤讀，進(jìn)而通過大量、反復(fù)、持久的“事實(shí)勝于雄辯”的有效傳播，結(jié)合自身編碼方式和手段提升與完善，潛移默化的推動中國面臨的國際傳播環(huán)境的實(shí)質(zhì)性改善。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization with the theme of "Peace and Development", China's internationalization process is increasingly intensified, and the promotion of soft power and national image will be placed in the strategic position of national development.In this paper, the main method of content analysis, combined with the qualitative analysis software Nvivo, text mining and word clustering analysis, take overseas mainstream media for "Chinese Dream" as the research object.This paper studies the interpretation of "Chinese Dream" by the overseas mainstream English media, and then studies the deep factors that affect the dissemination of China's national image in the international community, especially the role played by the existing "reporting framework" of the overseas mainstream English media.After preliminary exploration, it is found that the reporting framework of overseas mainstream media, especially the one based on ideology and political position, has different performance in different subjects and problem areas.Take the report of "Chinese Dream" as an example. On the whole, the reaction to the basic facts and the report are basically more objective, but in the fields of classification, such as politics, economy, culture and so on, the generalization and refinement, that is, from specific problems,When the overall judgment of China's national image is condensed in specific events, the "reporting framework" will have a relatively significant impact, especially in the relevant reports in the political field: in the reports on specific events and phenomena,Positive report and neutral report are the majority, but the reporting tendency of the national image is mainly negative, and the subjective interpretation of the material is obvious.Combined with these qualitative materials, we can basically find that, with the development of China as a whole, the reporting of specific events involving China is gradually moving towards objectivity, impartiality, and a relatively accurate response to the latest developments at the factual level.Especially in the economic and social fields, but in the political field, in the areas related to China's national image,The "reporting framework", which has long been formed by the mainstream media in the West with a relatively prominent ideology and Western centralism, still has a relatively significant impact, which is the deep reason why China's international communication has been in a disadvantageous situation for a long time.Because the change in this framework will take a long time, even if China's own development, China's external communication strategy, including the investment of resources for external communication, has been significantly improved, it should be prepared psychologically.It is not desirable to expect substantial and dramatic changes in this reporting framework in a short period of time.In addition, in the short and medium term, China's external communication strategy should pay more attention to the "objective facts" which can not be or are more difficult to be interpreted subjectively by the traditional reporting framework, so as to avoid the existence of the reporting framework to the maximum extent.The resulting misreading, through the effective communication of a large number of, repeated and lasting "facts over eloquence", and combining with its own coding methods and means, promotes the substantial improvement of the international communication environment that China is facing.
