延吉市朝鮮族小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與培養(yǎng)建議

【摘要】:在漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中,小學(xué)教育一直被認(rèn)為是基礎(chǔ)教育的關(guān)鍵階段。所以朝鮮族漢語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展在朝鮮族小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中就顯得尤為的重要,在該領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)專家對(duì)于小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)的研究一直比較多,試圖找到一個(gè)能夠有效改變小學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的途徑與辦法。然而,在對(duì)于少數(shù)民族地區(qū),特別是延邊地區(qū)朝鮮族小學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師的研究十分缺少,具有很高的研究?jī)r(jià)值。朝鮮族小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)于朝鮮族小學(xué)教學(xué)有著重要的影響,是朝鮮族漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)不可或缺的組成部分,對(duì)朝鮮族學(xué)生更好的了解漢語(yǔ)、掌握漢語(yǔ)、培養(yǎng)漢語(yǔ)思維能力等具有重要意義和深遠(yuǎn)影響。由于朝鮮族小學(xué)生漢語(yǔ)水平受漢語(yǔ)教師影響較大,所以,朝鮮族小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教師在整個(gè)漢語(yǔ)中就扮演著十分重要的角色,雖然朝鮮族漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)在全國(guó)處于領(lǐng)先地位,朝鮮族漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)狀況比較好,但是,朝鮮族漢語(yǔ)教師在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中還存在美中不足的問(wèn)題。延吉市是延邊朝鮮族自治州州府,地處長(zhǎng)白山腳下,虎嘯長(zhǎng)白而臨兩江,是整個(gè)延邊州的中心之城。據(jù)近年的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),朝鮮族人口占整個(gè)延吉市人口的一半以上,由此可見(jiàn),讓朝鮮族更好的掌握漢語(yǔ)對(duì)于整個(gè)地區(qū)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化發(fā)展都十分重要。目前延吉市共有7所朝鮮族小學(xué),共有漢語(yǔ)教師共109人。如何更好地讓朝鮮族同胞更好的掌握是教學(xué)研究的重要課題。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷發(fā)放與回收、對(duì)朝鮮族小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教師的訪談和教育學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)延吉市朝鮮族小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展取得了一定的成績(jī),但也存在著漢語(yǔ)教師科研能力不均衡、科研意識(shí)不足、教師專業(yè)發(fā)展缺乏校際互動(dòng)、教師工作量繁重等問(wèn)題,影響了延吉市朝鮮族小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展情況。因此對(duì)這些問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)狀描述和分析是本論文寫(xiě)作的重點(diǎn)。針對(duì)反映出的問(wèn)題,擬從提高教師科研能力,繼續(xù)大力提升教師科研意識(shí),增強(qiáng)校際交流互動(dòng),合理安排教學(xué)任務(wù)四個(gè)方面,加大對(duì)于朝鮮族小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究,增加對(duì)于朝鮮族小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用性,建立更加完善的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展模式。通過(guò)以上建議的實(shí)施,以期待對(duì)延吉市朝鮮族小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In Chinese teaching, primary education is always regarded as the key stage of basic education.Therefore, the professional development of Korean Chinese teachers is particularly important in Korean primary Chinese teaching. There have been many researches on Chinese teaching in primary schools by relevant experts in this field.Try to find an effective way to change the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers.However, the research on Chinese teachers of Korean primary schools in minority areas, especially Yanbian area, is very short and has high research value.The professional development of Chinese teachers in Korean primary schools has an important impact on the teaching of Korean primary schools, and is an indispensable part of Korean Chinese teaching.It is of great significance and profound influence to cultivate Chinese thinking ability.As the Chinese level of Korean primary school students is greatly influenced by Chinese teachers, Chinese teachers in Korean primary schools play a very important role in the whole Chinese language, although Korean Chinese teaching is in a leading position in the whole country.The situation of Korean Chinese teaching is good, but Korean Chinese teachers still have some problems in teachers' professional development.Yanji is the capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, located at the foot of Changbai Mountain.According to the statistics in recent years, the Korean population accounts for more than half of the whole Yanji population, so it is very important for the Korean nationality to master Chinese better for the political, economic and cultural development of the whole region.At present, Yanji has 7 Korean primary schools with 109 Chinese teachers.How to make Korean compatriots better master is an important subject of teaching and research.By means of questionnaire distribution and recovery, interviews with Chinese teachers in Korean primary schools and pedagogy statistics, it is found that the professional development of Chinese teachers in Korean primary schools in Yanji has made some achievements, but there is also an imbalance in the scientific research ability of Chinese teachers.The lack of scientific research consciousness, the lack of inter-school interaction of teachers' professional development and the heavy workload of teachers have affected the professional development of Chinese teachers in Korean elementary schools in Yanji city.Therefore, the description and analysis of these problems is the focus of this thesis.Aiming at the problems reflected, the author intends to increase the professional development of Chinese teachers in Korean primary schools from four aspects: improving teachers' scientific research ability, continuing to promote teachers' scientific research consciousness, strengthening inter-school communication and interaction, arranging teaching tasks rationally, and increasing the research on Chinese teachers' professional development in Korean primary schools.To increase the practical application of Chinese teachers' professional development in Korean primary schools, and to establish a more perfect teacher professional development model.Through the implementation of the above suggestions in order to look forward to Yanji Korean primary school Chinese teachers professional development to provide certain reference and reference.
