【摘要】：合作共贏是中國(guó)發(fā)展新時(shí)期政治經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的總體戰(zhàn)略,它對(duì)中國(guó)的發(fā)展和國(guó)際新型關(guān)系的構(gòu)建具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義:其一,合作共贏戰(zhàn)略的提出,為中國(guó)的和平崛起開(kāi)辟道路:中國(guó)崛起引起世界反響和疑慮,戰(zhàn)略清晰化有助于消除前行阻力;經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化呈現(xiàn)新態(tài)勢(shì),開(kāi)放型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需要?dú)v史性調(diào)整;大國(guó)歷史性替代觀念根深蒂固,中國(guó)崛起的世界意義亟待闡明;世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展格局出現(xiàn)巨大變化,推進(jìn)全球治理需要倡導(dǎo)全新理念。其二,踐行合作共贏戰(zhàn)略,有助于開(kāi)辟中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新空間:規(guī)劃國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略總體框架,構(gòu)筑中國(guó)對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系新常態(tài);充分發(fā)揮國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢(shì),形成各國(guó)發(fā)展新的利益匯合點(diǎn);創(chuàng)新對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系發(fā)展模式,以區(qū)域開(kāi)放型合作引領(lǐng)周邊和平發(fā)展;從發(fā)展中國(guó)家需要出發(fā),積極參與國(guó)際體系改革,平行推進(jìn)全球治理創(chuàng)新。其三,合作共贏的戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新有助于引領(lǐng)國(guó)際格局發(fā)展走向:伴隨國(guó)家崛起進(jìn)程持續(xù)推進(jìn)和對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的戰(zhàn)略升級(jí),合作共贏內(nèi)涵更為豐富;經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系"壓艙石"理論證明了共同利益原理,為合作共贏戰(zhàn)略取得國(guó)際共識(shí)奠定基礎(chǔ);以弘義融利為原則,有利于建立國(guó)際援助新原則與共同發(fā)展新機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:China win-win cooperation is the overall strategy for development of political and economic diplomacy in the new era, it has far-reaching significance to the development and construction of new international relations Chinese: first, put forward the strategy of win-win cooperation, to pave the way for the peaceful rise: the rise of China China attracted worldwide repercussions and doubts, clear strategy to help eliminate forward resistance economic globalization; show a new trend, open development strategy needs historical power adjustment; historical alternative idea is ingrained, the rise of world significance China to clarify the development of world economy; there is a significant change, to promote global governance needs to initiate new ideas. Second, the practice of cooperation and win-win strategy, which will contribute to the development of new space to the development of China Economy: the overall framework of international strategic planning, build a new normal Chinese foreign economic relations; give full play to the national strategic advantage, the formation of new interests of developing countries Point; the innovative development model of foreign economic relations, regional cooperation to open the lead around the peaceful development; from developing countries need to actively participate in the reform of the international system, the parallel development of innovative global governance.
