新津縣小學(xué)國(guó)際理解教育地方課程開發(fā)探究

【摘要】:伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)日益全球化,世界各國(guó)之間的交流越來(lái)越頻繁,與此同時(shí),政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的矛盾也在交流過(guò)程中日益突出,不少發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)開始重視各國(guó)之間的人文交流和不同文化之間的溝通理解,建立和平文化,增進(jìn)國(guó)家之間、地區(qū)之間的理解與合作,這種促進(jìn)國(guó)際理解方式的教育在當(dāng)今越來(lái)越引起重視,在這種趨勢(shì)下,關(guān)于國(guó)際理解教育的內(nèi)涵、外延、實(shí)施原則和方式的研究也在縱深化發(fā)展。為了契合時(shí)代和社會(huì)發(fā)展的要求,促進(jìn)小學(xué)生文化理解和兒童健全人格的發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生文明素養(yǎng)和國(guó)際交往能力,作為成都南大門的新津縣,開發(fā)適合本地小學(xué)生的國(guó)際理解教育地方課程是教師發(fā)展的需要,是學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)的需要,是學(xué)校提升的需要。通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、教師走訪座談等方式,本文在分析國(guó)外和國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際理解教育的的發(fā)展歷程和當(dāng)前國(guó)際理解教育的實(shí)施狀況基礎(chǔ)上,探究小學(xué)國(guó)際理解教育的歷史淵源和現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)因,從小學(xué)國(guó)際理解教育地方課程開發(fā)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要入手,嘗試建立起具有地方特色的國(guó)際理解教育地方課程基本框架。結(jié)合地方實(shí)際,本研究指出:新津縣小學(xué)國(guó)際理解教育課程的核心價(jià)值為“中國(guó)情懷、世界眼光”,課程的目標(biāo)定位在培養(yǎng)有中華民族意識(shí)、國(guó)際素質(zhì)的新時(shí)代少年;構(gòu)建起5大課程體系,其中學(xué)本課程從小學(xué)三年級(jí)開始,通過(guò)主題式教學(xué),分別了解世界各國(guó)、世界節(jié)日、世界美術(shù)和世界名勝,每章的內(nèi)容由三個(gè)部分構(gòu)成:主要內(nèi)容,小資料,主題活動(dòng),每個(gè)班每?jī)芍苌弦还?jié)課,同時(shí)開展環(huán)境教育、特色課程、專題活動(dòng);在評(píng)價(jià)方面,主要從對(duì)課程方案的評(píng)價(jià)、對(duì)教師教學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)和對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況的評(píng)價(jià)三個(gè)方面展開。
[Abstract]:Along with the economic globalization, the exchange between the countries in the world more and more frequently, at the same time, the political, economic, cultural contradictions have become increasingly prominent in the exchange process, many developed countries and regions began to attach importance to cultural exchanges between countries and between different cultural communication and understanding, the establishment of a culture of peace, understanding and cooperation among nations. Among the regions, the promotion of international understanding education attention in today's more and more, in this trend, on the connotation of education for international understanding of the principles and implementation of the extension, the way to deepen the development of the vertical. In order to fit the requirement of the times and social development, promote the development of cultural understanding and children's children's healthy personality. Cultivate civilized accomplishment and international intercourse ability, as the southern gate of Chengdu Xinjin County, suitable for the development of international science education curriculum solutions for local primary students Is the need for teacher development, is the needs of student development, is the need to improve the school. Through literature, questionnaire survey, teacher interview discussion, based on the status of implementation of the analysis of the foreign and domestic development of education for international understanding and current international understanding education, explore the primary school education for international understanding of history and the real reason, understanding of local curriculum development education reality need to start from the primary school of international, try to establish with local characteristics of education for international understanding of local curriculum framework. Combined with the local reality, this research points out that the Xinjin County Primary School of international understanding education curriculum as the core value of "China feelings, world vision", aims at training courses with the consciousness of the Chinese nation, the international quality of the new era of youth; to build 5 major curriculum system, including learning this course from the beginning of the third grade primary school, through the theme Teaching, respectively, understand the world, the world of Art Festival, the world and the sights of the world, the contents of each chapter consists of three parts: the main content, little information, theme activities, each class every two weeks for a lesson at the same time, to carry out environmental education curriculum, thematic activities; in the evaluation, mainly from the evaluation the course plan, teaching evaluation of teachers and the three aspects of student learning evaluation.
