【摘要】：正1.網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間成為改善優(yōu)化國(guó)家治理體系的戰(zhàn)略高地。一是網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間跨越傳統(tǒng)地域、國(guó)防邊境、時(shí)間限制,網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理成為新能力。二是網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)貫通政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、文化、外交各領(lǐng)域,網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率成為新挑戰(zhàn)。目前,網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治新生態(tài)已經(jīng)成為世界政治的新亮點(diǎn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)成為中國(guó)乃至世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的新引擎,網(wǎng)絡(luò)沖突正在不斷加劇并醞釀網(wǎng)絡(luò)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng),網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化在便利文明借鑒的同時(shí)演化為文化侵略,網(wǎng)絡(luò)外交已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)下的新焦
[Abstract]:Cyberspace has become a strategic high ground for improving and optimizing the national governance system. First, cyberspace has become a new capability across traditional areas, national defense borders, time constraints, and network governance. Second, network effects have permeated politics, economy, military, and culture. At present, the new ecology of network politics has become the new bright spot of the world politics, the network economy has become the new engine of China and the world economy, and the network conflict is intensifying and brewing the network war. Network culture has evolved into cultural aggression while facilitating the reference of civilization. Network diplomacy has become the new focus of the present time.
