【摘要】：正1994年以來,臺灣當局為加強與東南亞地區(qū)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,突破"外交困境",同時借此緩解臺商投資大陸對臺政治、經(jīng)濟形成的壓力,三次提出"南向政策"。2015年9月,時任民進黨"總統(tǒng)"候選人蔡英文宣布,若重返執(zhí)政將推動"新南向政策"。這一政策能否具體落實,仍有待觀察。
[Abstract]:Since 1994, in order to strengthen economic and trade cooperation with Southeast Asia, to break through the "diplomatic dilemma" and to ease the pressure on Taiwan businessmen to invest in mainland politics and economy on Taiwan, the Taiwan authorities have put forward three "southward policies". In September 2015, Tsai Ing-wen, then the DPP's presidential candidate, announced that a return to power would push forward a "new southward policy" that remains to be seen.
