【摘要】：自古以來柬埔寨與中國就建立了友好合作關(guān)系,兩國友好建交有近兩千年的悠久歷史,兩國在經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易、文化交流領(lǐng)域頻繁,早已互通有無,形成絡(luò)繹不絕的商貿(mào)交流平臺,互相促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會繁榮。本文在基于對柬埔寨政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策、制度、貿(mào)易環(huán)境等概況的梳理,全面分析了柬埔寨對外貿(mào)易的特點(diǎn)與發(fā)展趨勢,并針對現(xiàn)存不足提出了柬埔寨在今后國際貿(mào)易合作中應(yīng)從自身改進(jìn)的建議,建立健全一套完備的法律法規(guī)體系,以合理規(guī)范貿(mào)易環(huán)境與維持市場穩(wěn)定,為未來更好的促進(jìn)與中國的貿(mào)易往來,奠定良好的貿(mào)易環(huán)境與投資環(huán)境。同時,通過分析柬埔寨對中國出口貿(mào)易概況與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀來分析柬埔寨與中國的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢,兩國在商品貿(mào)易、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和旅游業(yè)、技術(shù)開發(fā)方面的合作日益加強(qiáng),合作領(lǐng)域前景廣闊。柬埔寨政府為推動國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,不斷調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),逐步完善市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,加快對外開放步伐,努力改善投資環(huán)境,這些積極政策將推動柬埔寨經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展。中國已逐漸成為柬埔寨最大的外資來源國與最重要的貿(mào)易伙伴之一,研究柬埔寨對中國的出口貿(mào)易具有較大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,對促進(jìn)柬埔寨國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展具有指導(dǎo)意義。與此同時,宏觀環(huán)境的改善為協(xié)調(diào)柬埔寨與中國的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來提供了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建設(shè)、瀾滄江-湄公河次區(qū)域合作、珠江-西江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè)等為兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易往來建立和合作平臺與合作機(jī)遇。但是,柬埔寨對中國的出口發(fā)展中也存在一些問題,如出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)較為單一、運(yùn)輸成本較高等缺陷。通過分析柬埔寨對中國出口額與柬埔寨人均GDP的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果來看,柬埔寨可以通過擴(kuò)大對中國的出口規(guī)模來實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, Cambodia and China have established friendly and cooperative relations. The establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries has a long history of nearly 2,000 years. The two countries have frequent economic, trade and cultural exchanges, and have already exchanged needs, forming an endless platform for trade and trade exchanges. Based on the general situation of Cambodia's politics, economy, policy, system and trade environment, this paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics and development trend of Cambodia's foreign trade. In view of the existing deficiencies, the paper puts forward the suggestion that Cambodia should improve itself in international trade cooperation in the future, and establish and perfect a complete set of laws and regulations system in order to reasonably regulate the trading environment and maintain market stability. For the future to better promote trade with China, to establish a good trading environment and investment environment. At the same time, By analyzing the general situation and development of Cambodia's export trade to China, the paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of economic and trade cooperation between Cambodia and China. The cooperation between the two countries in commodity trade, infrastructure construction, tourism, and technology development is increasingly strengthened. In order to promote domestic economic development, the Cambodian government has constantly adjusted its economic structure, gradually improved its market economic system, quickened its pace of opening to the outside world, and worked hard to improve the investment environment. These positive policies will promote the sustained and rapid economic development of Cambodia. China has gradually become the largest source of foreign investment and one of the most important trading partners of Cambodia. It is of great practical significance to study Cambodia's export trade to China. It is of guiding significance to promote economic and social development in Cambodia. At the same time, the improvement of the macro environment provides a new development opportunity for the coordination of economic and trade exchanges between Cambodia and China, and the construction of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, The Lancang-Mekong sub-regional cooperation, the construction of the Zhujiang and Xijiang economic zones, and so on, provide a platform for and opportunities for cooperation in economic and trade exchanges between the two countries. However, there are also some problems in the development of Cambodia's exports to China. By analyzing Cambodia's exports to China and Cambodia's per capita GDP, we can see that Cambodia can achieve economic growth by expanding the scale of exports to China.
