華恒建設(shè)集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:目前,在我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的時代背景下,建筑行業(yè)迎來了自身發(fā)展的黃金時代,但是很多有實力的企業(yè)進入這一行業(yè),也就意味著建筑企業(yè)的競爭壓力更大。同時,由于建筑企業(yè)的本身存在經(jīng)營管理的復(fù)雜性,對企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理水平提出更高的要求。華恒建設(shè)集團作為一個經(jīng)歷了十幾年發(fā)展的實力比較雄厚的建筑企業(yè),,在新形勢、新情況下,為了能夠更好的應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn),實現(xiàn)企業(yè)自身的快速平穩(wěn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,探索完善該集團戰(zhàn)略管理的有效途徑,尋找適合企業(yè)現(xiàn)在與未來發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,成為了一個意義重大且極具研究價值的課題。而本文對于華恒建設(shè)集團的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究兼具理論和應(yīng)用兩方面的重要意義。 在具體的研究中,本文采用理論分析和案例分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,先對華恒建設(shè)集團發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,指出華恒建設(shè)集團現(xiàn)在的問題及成因,明確企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略對華恒建設(shè)集團的必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運用了PEST分析法和SWOT分析結(jié)合在一起,從政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、技術(shù)這四個方面進行PEST分析,同時,從優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和威脅四個方面進行SWOT分析,深刻分析了華恒建設(shè)集團的外部環(huán)境和企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境。理論結(jié)合實際,提出華恒建設(shè)集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的選擇方案,并最終在此基礎(chǔ)上得出華恒建設(shè)集團所具有的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,并據(jù)此確定了華恒建設(shè)集團的戰(zhàn)略定位、戰(zhàn)略目標,明確了公司的使命、遠景、價值觀、發(fā)展模式。在明確華恒建設(shè)集團的總體戰(zhàn)略目標后,制定出具體的戰(zhàn)略實施計劃,包括差異化戰(zhàn)略、集中戰(zhàn)略、成長戰(zhàn)略和加強品牌戰(zhàn)略這四方面的內(nèi)容。最后,文章還進一步提出華恒建設(shè)集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的保障措施的實施建議:完善公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)、防范資本風(fēng)險、發(fā)揮人力資源的作用、注重企業(yè)文化建設(shè),這些方面要統(tǒng)籌實施、多管齊下。
[Abstract]:At present, under the background of urbanization construction in our country, the construction industry has ushered in the golden age of its own development, but many powerful enterprises have entered this industry, which means that the construction enterprises have more competitive pressure. At the same time, Because of the complexity of operation and management of the construction enterprises themselves, higher requirements are put forward to the strategic management level of the enterprises. As a construction enterprise with relatively strong strength that has experienced more than ten years of development, Huaheng Construction Group is in the new situation. Under the new circumstances, in order to better meet the challenges and realize the rapid and stable sustainable development of the enterprise itself, it is necessary to explore the effective ways to improve the strategic management of the group and to find a strategy suitable for the present and future development of the enterprise. This paper is of great significance to the development strategy research of Hua Heng Construction Group both in theory and application. In the specific research, this paper uses the research method of combining theoretical analysis and case analysis, analyzes the present situation of Huaheng Construction Group, and points out the current problems and causes of Huaheng Construction Group. The necessity of enterprise strategy to Huaheng Construction Group is clarified. On this basis, PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis are combined to analyze PEST from four aspects of politics, economy, society and technology, and at the same time, from the advantages and disadvantages. Through the SWOT analysis of opportunities and threats, the paper deeply analyzes the external environment and the internal environment of Huaxing Construction Group. Combining theory with practice, the paper puts forward the choice of development strategy of Huaxing Construction Group. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of Huaheng Construction Group are obtained, and the strategic positioning, strategic objectives, mission, vision, and values of Huaheng Construction Group are determined. Development model. After defining the overall strategic objectives of Huaheng Construction Group, we draw up a specific strategic implementation plan, including four aspects: differentiation strategy, concentration strategy, growth strategy and brand strengthening strategy. Finally, The article also puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the development strategy of Hua Heng Construction Group: perfecting the company's organizational structure, preventing capital risks, giving full play to the role of human resources, and paying attention to the construction of corporate culture. These aspects should be implemented as a whole. A multi-pronged approach.
