【摘要】：大型公建施工管理的難度數(shù)倍于普通工程,因此,探索大型公建項(xiàng)目的科學(xué)管理很有必要。陜西省核工業(yè)二一五醫(yī)院整體遷建工程地處咸陽市政治經(jīng)濟(jì)核心區(qū),是一家集醫(yī)、教、研及康復(fù)于一體的三級甲等醫(yī)院,同時也是咸陽市醫(yī)療設(shè)施重點(diǎn)工程。為了滿足業(yè)主對項(xiàng)目施工目標(biāo)的要求,項(xiàng)目部自工程實(shí)施之前,就在各方面進(jìn)行了精心策劃,通過運(yùn)用科學(xué)性、預(yù)見性的項(xiàng)目管理措施,取得了不菲的成果,為提高類似工程的項(xiàng)目綜合管理能力提供了示范。
[Abstract]:The construction management of large-scale public construction is several times more difficult than that of ordinary projects. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the scientific management of large-scale public construction projects. The overall relocation project of the No. 215 Hospital of Shaanxi Nuclear Industry is located in the political and economic core area of Xianyang City and is a medical institution. Grade 3A Hospital, which integrates teaching, research and rehabilitation, is also a key medical facility project in Xianyang City. In order to meet the requirements of the owners for the construction objectives of the project, the project department has carefully planned every aspect since the implementation of the project. By using scientific and predictable project management measures, great achievements have been made, which provide an example for improving the comprehensive management ability of similar projects.
