【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間存在不少政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各方面的負(fù)面信息,而目前對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間負(fù)面信息的治理還存在諸多的困境和問題。有鑒于此,各級(jí)政府應(yīng)主動(dòng)適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文明建設(shè)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全建設(shè)的新常態(tài),從國家治理現(xiàn)代化視角出發(fā),充分調(diào)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體、網(wǎng)民、社會(huì)團(tuán)體的主體作用,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間負(fù)面信息法治、善治和共治的良好局面。
[Abstract]:There are a lot of negative information in cyberspace, such as politics, economy, culture and so on. However, there are still many difficulties and problems in the governance of negative information in cyberspace. Governments at all levels should take the initiative to adapt to the new normal of the construction of network civilization and network security, from the perspective of national governance modernization, fully mobilize the main role of network media, Internet users and social organizations, and strive to realize the rule of law of negative information in cyberspace. A good situation of good governance and common governance.
