【摘要】：法治建設(shè)與政治文化之間存在互相推進(jìn)的關(guān)系,前者以后者為依托,而政治文化也是法治建設(shè)的重要推手和建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)前我國(guó)的法治政治文化建設(shè)取得了一定成就,但同時(shí)也暴露出些許問題。為此,在法治政治文化建設(shè)中,我國(guó)還需要強(qiáng)化其基礎(chǔ)建設(shè),推進(jìn)司法體制改革,培育公民的法治主體意識(shí),形成符合新時(shí)代發(fā)展的政治文明。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the construction of the rule of law and the political culture is mutually advancing. The former relies on the latter, and the political culture is also an important driving force and the foundation of the construction of the rule of law. At present, the construction of the political culture of the rule of law in our country has made some achievements. But at the same time, some problems are exposed. Therefore, in the construction of political culture of rule by law, our country also needs to strengthen its basic construction, promote the reform of judicial system, cultivate citizens' consciousness of subject of rule of law, and form a political civilization in line with the development of the new era.
