【摘要】：女性主義話語是美國女性主義學者從理論研究和實踐斗爭中得出的知識觀和方法論,是解構父權制社會權力結構、構建多元女性身份以及促進各國婦女交流對話的有效工具。女性主義話語汲取女權主義理論的學術精華,從社會性別的視角揭示婦女遭受男權壓迫的社會歷史根源,并且在此基礎上構建女性的政治主體地位。美國各個族裔的婦女都為國家的建立和發(fā)展作出了巨大的貢獻,但直到19世紀她們仍然處于依附于男性的”二等公民”地位。黑人婦女更是經歷了奴隸主、父權統(tǒng)治者和白人女性的多重種族和性別壓迫,與第三世界婦女一樣面臨無數教育、健康和經濟問題。女性主義話語揭示出構成美國社會權力等級秩序的種族、階級和性別關系,強調男女地位的懸殊差距是產生不平等社會制度的重要原因。國際關系女性主義學者以婦女們共同的生活經歷為基礎,揭示出男權統(tǒng)治者利用白人女性角色規(guī)范向其他國家和地區(qū)傳播西方文明的目的是建立不平等的國際社會權力結構,維持白人男性至上的種族、性別和階級秩序。女性主義話語解構國際政治理論中的男權話語,并且強調美國國內外的社會性別權力關系是聯(lián)系美國國內政策與外交政策的重要因素。女性主義國際關系理論是構建美國女性主義外交政策的基本依據。 女性主義國際關系學者從女性主體的人性特征出發(fā),強調身受主流社會排斥的婦女是改變不平等的社會性別權力關系和不平等的國際政治經濟秩序,以及建設世界”積極和平”的主體力量。女性主義話語揭示出男權政治統(tǒng)治是導致貧富懸殊以及其他”結構性暴力”的重要原因,并且從國家安全、經濟安全和生態(tài)安全三個方面構建起自成一體的女性主義外交政策方案。基于以上分析,本論文分四個章節(jié)闡述構建美國女性主義外交政策的必要性和合理性。第一章論述”社會性別”概念對于揭示美國內外不平等的種族、性別和階級權力關系的重要意義；第二章論述女性主義話語構建婦女政治歷史主體地位的哲學理論基礎和現(xiàn)實意義；第三章論述男權國際政治權力結構的弊端和構建女性主義外交政策的理論依椐和積極意義；第四章闡述女性主義外交話語對于揭示美國”人權”意識形態(tài)工具的負面作用,及它對于爭取女性人權和推動國際法律政策與組織機構改革的重要意義。女性主義國際關系話語不僅能夠克服男權統(tǒng)治者按地緣政治理論劃分國家安全責任和勢力范圍界線,區(qū)別種族和階級地位尊卑的政策給世界生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來的負面影響,而且將有力地促進各國婦女和政策制定者之間的交流對話,幫助她們通過各級婦女組織改進以國家安全為中心的外交政策,以實現(xiàn)國際社會和平與公正。
[Abstract]:Feminist discourse is the knowledge view and methodology derived by American feminist scholars from theoretical research and practical struggle, and it is the deconstruction of patriarchal social power structure. The feminist discourse draws on the academic essence of feminist theory and reveals the social and historical root of women being oppressed by male power from the perspective of gender. Women of all ethnic groups in the United States have made great contributions to the establishment and development of the country. But until the 19th century they were still in the status of "second-class citizens" attached to men. Black women had experienced the multiple racial and gender oppressions of slave owners, patriarchal rulers and white women, and faced countless education as women in the third world. Health and economic issues. Feminist discourse reveals the race, class, and gender relationships that make up the hierarchical order of power in American society. Emphasizing that the disparity in the status of men and women is an important cause of unequal social systems and that feminist scholars in international relations are based on the common life experiences of women, It is revealed that the aim of the male rulers in disseminating Western civilization to other countries and regions by using the norms of white women's roles is to establish unequal power structures in the international community and to maintain the white patriarchal race. Gender and Class order. Feminist discourse deconstructs male-dominated discourse in international political theory, It also emphasizes that the relationship between gender and power is an important factor in the connection between American domestic policy and foreign policy, and the feminist theory of international relations is the basic basis for the construction of American feminist foreign policy. Feminist international relations scholars, starting from the human nature of the female subject, emphasize that the women who are excluded from the mainstream society are changing the unequal gender power relationship and the unequal international political and economic order. Feminist discourse reveals that patriarchal political rule is an important cause of the disparity between the rich and the poor and other "structural violence," and from the point of view of national security, On the basis of the above analysis, three aspects of economic security and ecological security are set up to construct a feminist foreign policy scheme. This thesis is divided into four chapters to expound the necessity and rationality of constructing American feminist foreign policy. The first chapter discusses the significance of the concept of "social gender" in revealing the unequal relationship between race, gender and class power at home and abroad. The second chapter discusses the philosophical theoretical basis and practical significance of feminist discourse to construct the status of women's political historical subject, the third chapter discusses the malpractice of the male-dominated international political power structure and the theoretical basis and positive significance of constructing feminist foreign policy. The fourth chapter expounds the negative effect of feminist diplomatic discourse on revealing the ideological tools of "human rights" in the United States. And its significance for women's human rights and the reform of international legal policies and organizations. Feminist discourse on international relations not only overcomes the division of national security responsibilities and spheres of influence between patriarchal rulers on the basis of geopolitical theories, The negative impact on the ecological environment of the world of policies that distinguish racial and class status and inferiority, and which will contribute to an interactive dialogue between women and policymakers in all countries, To help them improve their national security-centred foreign policy through women's organizations at all levels in order to achieve peace and justice in the international community.
