【摘要】：在21世紀(jì)軍火貿(mào)易成為國(guó)際貿(mào)易的很重要的一個(gè)方向。同時(shí)它是貿(mào)易的很特殊的一部分。軍火貿(mào)易與政治有緊密的關(guān)系，在國(guó)際軍事技術(shù)合作市場(chǎng)上占有領(lǐng)先地位的國(guó)家會(huì)得到各種政治上的利益。不過最近幾年以來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)利益也成為進(jìn)行軍火貿(mào)易的很重要的原因。向國(guó)外銷售軍事裝備和武器有助于該國(guó)家境內(nèi)許多業(yè)務(wù)流程的發(fā)展：生產(chǎn)和勞動(dòng)力充分就業(yè)、提高智力資源的需求等等。很多本行業(yè)內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品，，可以得到大量資本金投資的可能，使集中生產(chǎn)成為國(guó)家利益。長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)世界最先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)就先在軍事行業(yè)應(yīng)用了。軍事行業(yè)推動(dòng)及促進(jìn)電子、通訊、新材料生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展。因此很多國(guó)家努力加入軍火市場(chǎng)，加強(qiáng)自己的地位。 最近國(guó)際軍火市場(chǎng)一直在改變，有了很多新的出口國(guó)家，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)很激烈。俄羅斯在軍火市場(chǎng)上的地位比較穩(wěn)定，它是出口武器的第二名國(guó)家。俄羅斯和美國(guó)控制國(guó)際軍火市場(chǎng)的一半多。在過去的五年期間從2006至2010年，這兩個(gè)國(guó)家占了全球武器出口的53％。但是為了保留這種成績(jī)俄羅斯應(yīng)該努力進(jìn)行政治經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合政策，分析自己軍事行業(yè)的問題，采用合適的措施。雖然軍火貿(mào)易最近很吸引科學(xué)家的關(guān)注，但是軍火貿(mào)易的一些重要的方面，例如現(xiàn)代軍火貿(mào)易中的交易方式、國(guó)際法規(guī)的問題還沒得到全面的深刻的研究。 本論文把俄羅斯作為一個(gè)例子，去研究一個(gè)國(guó)家如何改善軍火行業(yè)，保證在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)一定的地位。目前俄羅斯需要處理一些問題，比如沒有足夠發(fā)達(dá)的軍火售后服務(wù)和零配件的供應(yīng)的問題、不夠積極的不夠?qū)I(yè)的俄羅斯軍火出口商的營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)的問題、對(duì)軍火生產(chǎn)商的投資的問題等等。 本論文先介紹軍火貿(mào)易的內(nèi)容，確定軍火貿(mào)易的特點(diǎn)，介紹國(guó)際軍火市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和軍火貿(mào)易交易方式。這些知識(shí)都助于了解軍火貿(mào)易的機(jī)構(gòu)，讓我們?nèi)娴姆治龊屠斫廛娀鹳Q(mào)易的重點(diǎn)。本論文還介紹國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)軍火貿(mào)易的看法和相關(guān)國(guó)際法律的信息。接著介紹俄羅斯軍火貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀，國(guó)家在軍事合作方面對(duì)外政策，分析俄羅斯軍事技術(shù)行業(yè)存在的問題和阻攔俄羅斯軍火貿(mào)易發(fā)展的因素�？傮w來(lái)講俄羅斯在軍火市場(chǎng)上有很不錯(cuò)的前景，只是需要努力。 本論文確定了一些能夠?yàn)樘岣叨砹_斯軍火產(chǎn)品出口的措施。為了改善俄羅斯在國(guó)際軍火市場(chǎng)的交流，跟俄羅斯軍火行業(yè)有關(guān)系的國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)和企業(yè)可以應(yīng)用本論文的建議和分析結(jié)果。本論文的資料可以應(yīng)用在國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易和對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)交流講課的過程中。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century the arms trade has become a very important direction of international trade. It is also a part of special trade. The arms trade has a close relationship with politics, occupies a leading position in the international market of military technical cooperation on the country will get all kinds of political interests. But since recent years economic interests a very important reason for the arms trade. Foreign sales of military equipment and weapons to contribute to the development of the national territory of many business processes: production and employment, improve the intellectual resources demand and so on. Many of the industry's products, can get a large amount of capital investment, the concentration of production has become the national interests for a long time. The world's most advanced science and technology first in military industry application. Military industry to promote and promote electronic, communication, development and production of new materials. Therefore many countries The family made an effort to join the arms market and strengthen its position.
Recently, the international arms market has been changing, there are a lot of new export countries, the competition is fierce. Russia's position in the arms market is relatively stable, it is the export of weapons second countries. Russia and the United States control of the international arms market. This paper put Russia as an example to study how to improve a country arms industry, to ensure a certain position in the international market. At present, Russia needs to deal with some problems in supply problems such as not enough developed arms customer service service and spare parts, is not positive enough enough professional Russian arms exporters marketing problems the arms manufacturer, the problem of investment and so on.
This paper first introduces the contents of the arms trade, to determine the characteristics of the arms trade, introduces the present situation of the international arms market and arms trade transactions. These knowledge are helpful to understand the mechanism of the arms trade, let us focus on comprehensive analysis and understanding of the arms trade. This paper also introduces the international community for the arms trade and related views the international legal information. Then introduces the status quo of Russian arms trade, national military cooperation in foreign policy, analysis factors of military technology industry in Russia and Russia to stop arms trade development. In general, Russia in the arms market has a good prospect, just need to work hard.
This paper identified a number of Russian arms exports to improve measures. In order to improve Russia in the international arms market exchange, the state organs and enterprises can have a relationship with the Russian arms industry advice and analysis results. The data can be used in the international economy, the process of international trade and economic exchanges the lecture.
