文章摘要：由于分別是在不同歷史時(shí)期步入現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程，各國經(jīng)濟(jì)市場化、社會多元化和政治民主化的廣度、深度自然參差不齊。政黨政治只能具體地存在于由此而彼此相異的情境中，只能與特定經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會生活和文化意識形態(tài)發(fā)生“互構(gòu)”關(guān)系。世界政黨政治基本上可歸入后工業(yè)社會、轉(zhuǎn)型和新型工業(yè)社會、發(fā)展中社會的政黨政治這么三大范疇。世界上沒有“最好的”政黨政治。超越或落后于特定發(fā)展階段、與特定政治生態(tài)不匹配的政黨政治也一定不是“最不壞”的政黨政治。

Abstr：This paper tries to combine the methods of historical comparison with that of the structure-function comparison, in order to explore the inner corresponding relations between dif- ferent party politics and their various political ecology. It focuses on the points as follows.. Since the modernization processes started in different historical periods, the situations of market economic, social diversification and political democratization of different nations are naturally uneven. Party politics can only exist concretely in different contexts arising therefore, can only coexist and supplement one another with particular economic-social life and cultural ideology. Party politics can basically be classified as industrial, transitional and post-industrial ones. There is no best party politics in the world but the least bad ones. The later cannot be found when a specific party politics form mismatches itsspecific political ecology, such as beyond or behind the particular stage of specific political development.
