【摘要】：可持續(xù)發(fā)展是一個(gè)全球關(guān)注的話題。近年來,世界各國在經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等方面不斷嘗試實(shí)行一些政策來促進(jìn)社會(huì)各方面的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,而我國作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家,自上個(gè)世紀(jì)90年代以來,便開始制定可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),我國政府也表示走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路是我國社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然選擇�！吨厮及l(fā)展》書是由不丹發(fā)展研究院出版,本書的內(nèi)容囊括了2005年6月20日到24日在加拿大安蒂戈尼什召開的全球第二屆國民幸�？傊祰H會(huì)議所發(fā)表的演講和論文。該會(huì)議圍繞著“重思發(fā)展：提升全球生活質(zhì)量的本地方法”的主題而展開,主要涉及政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和教育等方面的內(nèi)容,為世界各國制定可持續(xù)發(fā)展的政策目標(biāo)提供指導(dǎo)性的建議。而筆者所承擔(dān)翻譯的兩篇文本分別從經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化兩方面出發(fā),圍繞著可持續(xù)發(fā)展這個(gè)議題,對如何促進(jìn)環(huán)保型經(jīng)濟(jì)和如何保護(hù)傳統(tǒng)文化提出了意見和建議。本報(bào)告由五部分組成。首先是對翻譯項(xiàng)目的簡介,包括本次翻譯項(xiàng)目的背景,要求和意義；其次是任務(wù)過程,涉及譯前、譯中和譯后三個(gè)翻譯階段；再次是翻譯理論,包括文本類型理論和交際翻譯；第四是案例分析,主要論述了原文文本特點(diǎn),包括從詞法和句法兩方面的所采取的翻譯方法；最后一部分是總結(jié)與反思這一翻譯實(shí)踐。本文是一篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告,是對筆者在翻譯過程中遇到的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)的歸納總結(jié),并通過將翻譯理論與翻譯實(shí)踐相聯(lián)系,根據(jù)譯文列舉出了一些具體案例進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。此報(bào)告重點(diǎn)討論了英譯漢過程中的重難點(diǎn)。例如,如何讓譯文既能忠實(shí)原文,又能讓目標(biāo)讀者都接受；如何從詞法和句法兩個(gè)方面處理原文等。
[Abstract]:Sustainable development is a topic of global concern. In recent years, countries all over the world have tried to implement some policies to promote the sustainable development of society in the economic and cultural fields, and China is the largest developing country in the world. Since -10s, the strategic goal of sustainable development has been drawn up. Our government has also indicated that it is an inevitable choice for our social development to follow the path of sustainable development. The book covers speeches and papers delivered at the second Global International Conference on Gross National Happiness, held in Antilgonish, Canada, from June 20th 2005 to 24th. The conference revolved around "thinking about Development: advancing the World" The theme of the local approach to quality of life, It mainly deals with political, economic, cultural and educational aspects, and provides guiding suggestions for countries in the world to formulate policy objectives for sustainable development. The two texts that the author undertakes to translate are from the economic and cultural aspects, respectively. On the topic of sustainable development, this report contains views and suggestions on how to promote an environmentally friendly economy and how to protect traditional culture. The present report consists of five parts. First, a brief introduction to the translation project, including the background of the translation project, is presented. The second is the task process, which involves three translation stages: pre-translation, mid-translation and post-translation; third, translation theory, including text typology and communicative translation; and 4th, case analysis, which mainly deals with the characteristics of the original text. The last part is to summarize and reflect on this translation practice. This paper is a translation practice report, which is a summary of the experiences and lessons encountered by the author in the process of translation. By combining translation theory with translation practice, this paper analyzes and summarizes some specific cases according to the translation. This report focuses on the important and difficult points in English-to-Chinese 's process. For example, how to make the translation faithful to the original text. It can be accepted by the target readers and how to deal with the original text from lexical and syntactic aspects.
