【摘要】：村民自治制度是我國當(dāng)前農(nóng)村的基層民主政治制度,政治信息的傳播是村民自治中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。新鄉(xiāng)市延津縣的兩個行政村——塔鋪二村、朱辛莊村位居中原,在農(nóng)村政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)及文化方面具有很強(qiáng)的代表性。通過對這兩個行政村進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),政治信息在村民自治的傳播過程中,在傳播主體、傳播渠道、傳播內(nèi)容及傳播環(huán)境方面仍有諸多阻滯因素,不僅無法取得應(yīng)有的傳播效果,而且直接影響了村民自治的正常實(shí)施和質(zhì)量。因此,進(jìn)一步完善和加強(qiáng)村民自治中的政治信息傳播是農(nóng)村穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展的迫切需要。
[Abstract]:The system of villager autonomy is the grass-roots democratic political system of our country at present, and the dissemination of political information is an important link in villager autonomy. Two administrative villages in Yanjin County, Xinxiang City-Tapu er Village, Zhu Xinzhuang Village are located in the Central Plains and are in rural politics. The economic and cultural aspects are very representative. Through the field investigation of these two administrative villages, it is found that the dissemination of political information in the process of villager autonomy, in the dissemination of the main body, dissemination channels, There are still many obstructions in the content and environment of communication, which not only fail to obtain the proper communication effect, but also directly affect the normal implementation and quality of villagers' autonomy. It is an urgent need for rural stability and development to further improve and strengthen the dissemination of political information in villager autonomy.
