【摘要】：蒙古國是中國重要的北方鄰國。中蒙兩國關系經(jīng)歷了60多年的發(fā)展歷程,盡管經(jīng)歷過一些曲折,然而睦鄰友好一直是主流。雙方依托地緣優(yōu)勢、口岸優(yōu)勢,在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和社會生活等方面都進行了多方位的交流與合作。內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)境內(nèi)的中蒙邊境線總長為3103千米,有10個對蒙開放口岸。內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)抓住全球經(jīng)濟大發(fā)展的機遇,以口岸為依托,開放沿邊經(jīng)濟帶,大力發(fā)展口岸經(jīng)濟,使口岸經(jīng)濟促進了全區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。 本文以邊境貿(mào)易原理及地緣經(jīng)濟相關理論為依托,對內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)口岸的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、未來發(fā)展趨勢、存在的問題進行實證分析,針對內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)對蒙口岸現(xiàn)存的問題和發(fā)展的需求,提出具有建設性的建議。意在進一步提高口岸的實際過貨能力,實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展,切實滿足中蒙兩國未來貿(mào)易發(fā)展需求。從而更好地促進中蒙兩國互利合作,促進兩國關系更快更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Mongolia is an important northern neighbor of China. Sino-Mongolian relations have gone through more than 60 years of development. Although they have experienced some twists and turns, good-neighborly friendship has always been the mainstream. Both sides rely on their geographical advantages, port advantages, and political and economic advantages. Cultural and social life and other aspects have conducted multi-directional exchanges and cooperation. The Sino-Mongolian border line in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region is 3103 km in total, with 10 ports open to Mongolia. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has seized the opportunity of global economic development. Relying on the port, opening the border economic belt and developing port economy, the port economy has promoted the economic development of the whole area. Based on the theory of border trade and geo-economic theory, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the present situation, future development trend and existing problems of the ports in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. In view of the existing problems and needs of the development of Mongolian ports in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, constructive suggestions are put forward to further improve the actual cargo passing capacity of the ports and to realize the development of modern logistics. In order to promote mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Mongolia and promote faster and better development of bilateral relations, the future needs of trade development between China and Mongolia will be met.
