【摘要】：1947年對(duì)于中共來(lái)說(shuō)是有重要意義的一年。這一年，人民解放軍在外線和內(nèi)線各個(gè)戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)展開了全面攻勢(shì)作戰(zhàn)，國(guó)民黨軍被迫由戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)攻轉(zhuǎn)為全面防御。為了適應(yīng)新的形勢(shì)，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨制定了《中國(guó)土地法大綱》，并且向全軍明確提出了整軍任務(wù)，解決黨內(nèi)不純、整編黨的隊(duì)伍是解決土地問(wèn)題和支持長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的決定性環(huán)節(jié)，中國(guó)人民解放軍于1947年冬至1948年夏普遍開展了新式整軍運(yùn)動(dòng)。 由于這次整軍運(yùn)動(dòng)是在各部隊(duì)作戰(zhàn)的間隙中進(jìn)行的，因此，，各部隊(duì)在時(shí)間安排、步驟實(shí)施上并不完全一致。對(duì)于新式整軍運(yùn)動(dòng)的內(nèi)容和做法，各部隊(duì)各具特色，綜合起來(lái)主要包括學(xué)習(xí)土地政策、發(fā)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)士訴苦、進(jìn)行查整工作以及開展政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事三大民主運(yùn)動(dòng)。這次整軍讓解放軍從戰(zhàn)士到干部都經(jīng)過(guò)了一次教育的洗禮，對(duì)部隊(duì)的發(fā)展有重要作用。 雖然新式整軍運(yùn)動(dòng)也會(huì)出現(xiàn)失誤，但不可否認(rèn)，它取得了很大的成功。這場(chǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)提高了解放軍官兵的思想覺悟，成功改造了大批國(guó)民黨俘虜，整頓了黨的隊(duì)伍，促進(jìn)了土改的順利進(jìn)行，加速了解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利的進(jìn)程。新式整軍運(yùn)動(dòng)在思想政治工作、軍隊(duì)工作中所取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)是一筆寶貴的財(cái)富，對(duì)今日的相關(guān)工作也有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:1947 was an important year for the Chinese Communists. In this year, the people's Liberation Army launched an all-out offensive on the exterior lines and various battlefields on the interior lines, forcing the Kuomintang troops to switch from strategic attacks to full-scale defense, in order to adapt to the new situation. The Communist Party of China formulated the outline of China's Land Law, and made it clear to the whole army that the task of reorganizing the army was to solve inner-Party impurity, and that the reorganization of the Party's ranks was the decisive link in solving the land problem and supporting the long-term war. The Chinese people's Liberation Army (PLA) launched a new type of army movement in the summer of 1948 on 1947. As the campaign was carried out in the interval between the operations of the various units, the arrangements and steps for the implementation of the campaign are not entirely consistent among the troops. As for the contents and practices of the new movement, each unit has its own characteristics. To sum up, it mainly includes studying the land policy, mobilizing soldiers to complain about their grievances, conducting investigation and rectification work, and launching three major democratic movements, political, economic, and military. This time, the entire army has given the PLA a baptism of education from soldiers to cadres. It plays an important role in the development of the army. Although the new-style movement for the whole army will also make mistakes, it is undeniable that it has achieved great success. This movement has raised the ideological awareness of the officers and men of the PLA, successfully transformed a large number of Kuomintang prisoners and rectified the Party's ranks. It has promoted the smooth progress of the land reform and accelerated the process of victory in the war of liberation. The experience gained in the ideological and political work of the new style of the whole army movement and the military work is a valuable asset, and it is also of certain reference significance to the relevant work today.
