【摘要】：在傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)型社會(huì)向現(xiàn)代型社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)等結(jié)構(gòu)變遷更加快速,農(nóng)村大量勞動(dòng)力外出流動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)移,農(nóng)村陷入了一種空間、組織、產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化等結(jié)構(gòu)上的分散式狀態(tài),發(fā)展面臨滯化、弱化、退化的境地。由此,集聚式發(fā)展可考慮成為應(yīng)對(duì)這一問(wèn)題探索性措施。
[Abstract]:In the crucial period of the transition from traditional agricultural society to modern society, the structural changes of politics, economy, culture, society and so on have become more rapid. A large number of rural labor forces have gone out and moved, and the countryside has fallen into a kind of space, organization, industry, etc. In the decentralized state of culture and other structures, the development is facing the situation of stagnation, weakening and degradation. Therefore, the agglomeration development can be considered as an exploratory measure to deal with this problem.
