【摘要】：逆全球化與新興保護(hù)主義是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨的不確定性風(fēng)險的主要來源,二者之間存在著密切的互動影響效應(yīng)。新興保護(hù)主義阻礙全球化的手段和理由更多,程度更深,地理空間范圍更廣,內(nèi)容更為復(fù)雜,西方國家是主要推動力量,中國則是利益受損最大的發(fā)展中國家。中國應(yīng)該成為全球化與自由貿(mào)易理念的支持者和捍衛(wèi)者、全球公平市場競爭秩序的維護(hù)者、逆全球化的糾錯者和解構(gòu)者、新興保護(hù)主義的堅定反對者和化解者。中國倡導(dǎo)并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)推進(jìn)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險治理機(jī)制構(gòu)建與完善,有利于引導(dǎo)各國共同參與推進(jìn)公平公正的國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)新秩序的建立與完善。
[Abstract]:Reverse globalization and emerging protectionism are the main sources of uncertain risks facing the development of the world economy, and there are close interactive effects between them. The scope of geographical space is wider and the content is more complex. Western countries are the main driving force, while China is the developing country with the greatest loss of interests. China should become a supporter and defender of the concept of globalization and free trade. China advocates and leads the construction and improvement of the global economic risk management mechanism, which is the maintainer of the global fair market competition order, the anti-globalization corrector and deconstructor, and the staunch opponent and defector of the emerging protectionism. It is conducive to guiding countries to participate in the establishment and improvement of a fair and just new international political and economic order.
