【摘要】：隨著信息化的快速發(fā)展及其對(duì)社會(huì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事各個(gè)領(lǐng)域不斷蔓延滲透,信息技術(shù)已成為推動(dòng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的基本動(dòng)力。監(jiān)獄作為國(guó)家機(jī)器的重要組成部分,廣泛運(yùn)用信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),已成為發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。開發(fā)一套適用、完善、便利的罪犯改造綜合評(píng)估系統(tǒng)對(duì)于執(zhí)法干警科學(xué)掌握罪犯?jìng)�(gè)體改造狀況,準(zhǔn)確適用法律行刑和管理教育,統(tǒng)一基層監(jiān)獄執(zhí)法標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提高行刑效益,增進(jìn)公眾對(duì)司法工作的滿意度,推進(jìn)和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)具有重要意義。本論文主要研究并設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)適用于監(jiān)獄警察對(duì)罪犯改造狀態(tài)進(jìn)行科學(xué)評(píng)估的系統(tǒng),將為各基層監(jiān)獄提供一個(gè)完善、科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)地評(píng)估體系,使監(jiān)獄執(zhí)法行刑更具備針對(duì)性、準(zhǔn)確性,為更好實(shí)施對(duì)罪犯的激勵(lì)措施(行政、刑事獎(jiǎng)懲)提供有價(jià)值參考。本系統(tǒng)基于web技術(shù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)估體系,可借助于遍布全球的Internet進(jìn)行。因此實(shí)施評(píng)估不受地域或其他限制,大大拓展了評(píng)估的靈活性,并且彌補(bǔ)了警察對(duì)罪犯改造狀況評(píng)估體系的空白,使基層監(jiān)獄干警執(zhí)法行刑更趨科學(xué)性、客觀性、公正性、便捷性,降低了執(zhí)法成本,提高了執(zhí)法質(zhì)量。本文闡述了一個(gè)具有在線評(píng)估、信息查詢,以及警察用戶和罪犯?jìng)�(gè)體信息管理等功能的網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)估系統(tǒng)。詳述了監(jiān)獄罪犯改造綜合評(píng)估系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過(guò)程;SQL Server 2008創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)表;連接SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的不同方式;AJAX無(wú)刷新技術(shù)等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and its spread to the social, political, economic and military fields, information technology has become the basic driving force to promote social development. The extensive use of information network technology has become an inevitable trend of development. The development of a set of suitable, perfect and convenient comprehensive evaluation system for the reform of criminals can scientifically master the situation of individual transformation of criminals by law enforcement police. Accurate application of law enforcement and management education, unification of law enforcement standards at the grass-roots level, improvement of execution efficiency, and public satisfaction with the administration of justice, It is of great significance to promote the construction of a harmonious society. This paper mainly studies and designs a scientific evaluation system suitable for the prison police to reform the criminals, which will provide a perfect, scientific and systematic evaluation system for the basic level prisons. Make the execution of prison law enforcement more pertinence, accuracy, for the better implementation of incentives for criminals (administration, criminal rewards and punishments) to provide a valuable reference. This system based on web technology network evaluation system, Can be carried out with the help of a global Internet. Therefore, the implementation of the assessment is not subject to geographical or other restrictions, greatly expanding the flexibility of the assessment and filling the gap in the police assessment system for the rehabilitation of offenders. The execution of law enforcement by the basic prison police becomes more scientific, objective, impartial and convenient, reduces the cost of law enforcement and improves the quality of law enforcement. And the network evaluation system of police users and individual criminal information management. The development process of the comprehensive evaluation system for prison criminals reform is described in detail. SQL Server 2008 creates data tables, and the different ways of connecting SQL Server database are not refreshed by Ajax, etc.
