大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)背景下的大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)理想培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:在2014年9月的夏季達沃斯論壇上,李克強總理最早發(fā)出“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”的號召,此后,他在多種場合頻頻提到這一關鍵詞。隨著時間的推移,“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”在發(fā)展創(chuàng)新型國家、解決我國就業(yè)問題、實現(xiàn)中國夢的重要作用上得到了社會各界的認同,“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”的理念也在逐步深入人心。大學生是創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展的主力軍,是實現(xiàn)“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”良性發(fā)展的的關鍵力量,培養(yǎng)大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)積極性,鼓勵他們主動投身于創(chuàng)業(yè)大潮,必須立足于我國政治經濟文化發(fā)展背景,必須依托于高校創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的機制。目前,高校已經認識到要實現(xiàn)“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”的發(fā)展,要從培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)人才開始,為了培養(yǎng)出更多優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)業(yè)人才,各地高校針對目前的教學內容正在積極進行改革。筆者經調查研究充分認識到,創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的成長最根本的源動力來自創(chuàng)業(yè)理想。因此,高校要實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng),必須從大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)理想培養(yǎng)入手。因為,大學生想要創(chuàng)業(yè),無論他是否掌握豐富的知識,都必須在心中預先埋下一顆立志創(chuàng)業(yè)的種子,樹立對創(chuàng)業(yè)強烈的追求和向往,只有這樣才會激發(fā)他持久的創(chuàng)業(yè)熱情,激勵他在創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐中不斷去發(fā)現(xiàn)與捕捉與創(chuàng)業(yè)相關的信息,當時機成熟后,他才會產生強烈的創(chuàng)業(yè)沖動,最終走向創(chuàng)業(yè),并在創(chuàng)業(yè)中做到不忘初心,堅持到底。由此可見,高校開展大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)理想的培養(yǎng)工作十分重要、迫在眉睫。因為,大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)理想的培養(yǎng)工作是從源頭上培養(yǎng)大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意識,激發(fā)大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)熱情,實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的愿望,從而使大學生成為完成“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”的宏偉藍圖的主力軍。本文的研究以創(chuàng)業(yè)理想對創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐的重要性為切入點,以馬克思主義關于人才培養(yǎng)理論為指導,結合中外100個企業(yè)家的成功創(chuàng)業(yè)案例及高校創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,分析出創(chuàng)業(yè)理想培養(yǎng)對成功創(chuàng)業(yè)的重要性和緊迫性,針對高校創(chuàng)業(yè)理想培養(yǎng)存在的問題提出具有實踐性的建議。本文旨在促進高校重視并加強大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)理想培養(yǎng)的鞏固和踐行工作,最終實現(xiàn)高校培養(yǎng)出高素質的創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的目標。本文一共分為四個部分:第一部分,明確本文的研究目的、研究意義、研究的思路和方法以及研究的創(chuàng)新點;第二部分,理想、創(chuàng)業(yè)理想的相關理論研究及創(chuàng)業(yè)理想培養(yǎng)對創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐的重要意義;第三部分,對高校創(chuàng)業(yè)理想培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進行的調查,調查問卷以天津理工大學一、二、三、四年級的學生以及正在創(chuàng)業(yè)的大學生為對象,運用數(shù)據分析的方法,從調查結果中分析出大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)理想培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題;第四部分,結合高校在大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)理想培養(yǎng)方面存在的問題,針對不同年級大學生的特點,提出高校分階段對大學生進行創(chuàng)業(yè)理想培養(yǎng)的建議。
[Abstract]:In September 2014, at the Summer Davos Forum, Premier Li Keqiang first issued a call for "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation," and since then, he has frequently mentioned this keyword on a variety of occasions. With the passage of time. "Mass Entrepreneurship, Mass Innovation" has been recognized by all walks of life in the development of an innovative country, the solution of employment problems in China and the realization of the important role of Chinese Dream, "Mass Entrepreneurship. College students are the main force in the development of entrepreneurship and the key force to realize the benign development of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", and cultivate the enthusiasm of college students to start their own businesses. To encourage them to take the initiative to participate in the tide of entrepreneurship, we must be based on the political, economic and cultural development background of our country, must rely on the mechanism of cultivating entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities. At present, colleges and universities have realized to achieve "mass entrepreneurship." In order to cultivate more excellent entrepreneurial talents, colleges and universities are actively reforming the current teaching content in order to cultivate more outstanding entrepreneurial talents. The author fully recognizes that through investigation and research, the author fully recognizes that the development of "the masses of innovation" should begin with the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents. The most fundamental driving force for the growth of entrepreneurial talents comes from entrepreneurial ideals. Therefore, in order to realize the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents, colleges and universities must start with the cultivation of entrepreneurial ideals of college students, because college students want to start a business. Whether he master the rich knowledge or not, we must bury a seed in the heart in advance, set up a strong pursuit and yearning for entrepreneurship, only in this way can stimulate his lasting enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. Encourage him to constantly find out and capture the information related to entrepreneurship in the entrepreneurial practice, when the time is ripe, he will have a strong entrepreneurial impulse, and eventually to start a business, and do not forget the initial mind in entrepreneurship. From this we can see that it is very important and urgent for colleges and universities to carry out the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial ideal, because the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial ideal is to cultivate the entrepreneurial consciousness of college students from the source. Stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to start a business, realize the desire of sustainable development of entrepreneurial talents, so that college students become "mass entrepreneurship." The main force of the grand blueprint of "the masses of innovation". The research of this paper is based on the importance of the entrepreneurial ideal to the entrepreneurial practice, and guided by the Marxist theory of talent training. Based on the successful entrepreneurial cases of 100 entrepreneurs at home and abroad and the present situation of entrepreneurship training in colleges and universities, the importance and urgency of entrepreneurial ideal training for successful entrepreneurship are analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to promote colleges and universities to attach importance to and strengthen the consolidation and practice of entrepreneurial ideal cultivation of college students. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is to make clear the research purpose, the research significance, the research thought and the method as well as the innovation point of the research; The second part, ideal, entrepreneurial ideal related theoretical research and entrepreneurial ideal training for entrepreneurial practice is of great significance; The third part is an investigation on the status quo of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. The questionnaire takes the first, second, third and fourth grade students of Tianjin University of Technology and the students who are starting a business as the objects, using the method of data analysis. From the results of the investigation, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of college students' entrepreneurial ideal training. In the 4th part, according to the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial ideal, and in view of the characteristics of different grade students, the author puts forward the suggestion that colleges and universities should carry out the cultivation of entrepreneurial ideal for college students in stages.
