【摘要】：同樣是跨體系的國際合作,"一帶一路"倡議與聯(lián)合國教科文組織保護非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的實踐在尊重文化多樣性、促進文化間對話、建設和平文化和諧的目標上是一致的。一方面,教科文組織創(chuàng)立的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護機制和框架能夠為"一帶一路"建設倡議在文化領(lǐng)域的國際合作提供思路;另一方面,"一帶一路"倡議建設利益共同體、命運共同體和責任共同體的目標,又使得《保護非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)公約》的貫徹實施能夠落在比較扎實的政治、經(jīng)濟和文化的基礎(chǔ)之上。
